Am I the only one who feels the death race Franchise wasn't properly set??. I seriously think the first death race by Jason Statham ought to be the sequel while the main sequel by Luke Goss ought to be the very first movie in the franchise.
The plot for both flicks should've been something like this.
SPOILER ALERT!!!
In the second flick, on the second race, Luke's car malfunctions (sabotage) and crashes after being hit with a missile fired by Big Bill (who is later killed by his navigator after he killed his pit crew), Luke's pit crew arrives (including Katrina) and tries to save him, but it is too late(although he didn't die)...This is were the movie should have ended & this is were the one of Jason Statham ought to have began. Because basically Luke would have been in the hospital recovering, & since the show needs another Frankenstein to fill Luke's shoes, Statham, a very good driver on the outside had to be framed for the murder of his wife, so that he can come pick up from were Luke stopped, with the promise of his "supposed" freedom, serving as a motivation to him.

KoiceReloaded,J2381,pryme Et al , what do you guys think??

This is what happens when these people try to get too intricate, they should have just kept Frankinstien alive and focus on the gore and enough bad guys to get through to.
They should have kept the mask on, this can give them flexibility for any twist they want.
But I don't see this franchise going far, I would prefer Mad Max.

The bolded is also what I think about the original Judge Dredd flick.

what I Ike about the Judge Dread movies is the consistency, the first one was the cross over from the comic to the screen, then the video game came out, the same kind of Judge in the video game was casted in the next Judge Dread, I liked the fact that they did not try to recreate anything, they knew Judge Dread needed no introduction, they just got on with it, that's why the movie made a lot of sense without heavy visual effects.

The social network
And the Steve jobs film? I believe the better one was jobs
The Social Network. A great inspirational flick every entrepreneur should see. Haven't seen Steve Jobs, will probably see it.

Wrong.
Lol... First off, its what I think & not what it should be. And basically I was talking from the visual effects point of view( how i envisaged it to be like) & not the cliché but better plot nor great acting from the cast of the 2012 remake. Karl Urban & Lena Headey’s performance were one of the things that really made the remake out shine the original. Urban out acted Stallone, he simply stayed true to the Dredd character from the comics, & Lena Headey, damn!! she was simply the bomb.
She was cold, ruthless, apathetic, extremely sickened, simply put, she was one heck of a psycho, really enjoyed every bit of her act.

But seriously, we ought not be comparing both movies, sure, they had the same name & central idea, but plot wise, they weren't the same. The 2012 flick completely went a different way from the original, by not following its plot and I'm kinda glad they did.
Again, if the remake were such a great flick as we all claim it to be (myself included) why the box office bomb??

Hello, Can someone give me A Nigerian review of Cold pursuit
I no wan go waste almost 800mb and end up downloading Crap like the shitty movie Glass
grin

Glass was an absolute sh*t, let itself down going to the comic book root.

The only thing about that movie is how McAvoy was changing personalities sleekly.

Changing those personalities was Dammn on another level, imagine one person with 21 voice in a single movie esp when he speaks via The pity Voice on Denis or Patricia and later change to the eveil voice in form of Beast!

Mulholland Drive-

Emmm... I can't remember who recommended this movie but MD put the 'M' in 'mindfvck'. And I don't mean this in a positive way.

This movie has got to be the most confusing flick I've ever watched. The first half made me tense, the second half almost short circuited my brain chips. It is so surreal. I felt like I was in a dream state while watching this fragging film. When the movie ended I ran to Google to try to make sense of what I just watched but almost threw up after reading because the numerous analyses and interpretations made me dizzy and nauseous.

It's very creative but more confusing than Bobrisky's sexuality.

Speaking of sexuality, all those displays of lesbian intimacy, sex and rock hard pink _nipples is a huge turn off because I am very straight. What is wrong with these people!!

One interesting thing though is Betty's accent. It reminds me so much of old Hollywood: crisp, clear and cultured. It's an accent that speaks of good breeding and reflects a much saner period in history.

Be that as it may, I give this movie 5/10 for confusing the heck out of me.

I still don't understand Mulholland Drive undecided

Bro, even if church does good, i wouldnt still believe in God.

I would be less antagonistic towards the church but still wouldnt believe.
I actually find believing in God very funny. Believe what about God exactly? That God will drop manna from heaven perhaps, or that God exists, I wonder? I'm of the view that one only believes what one isn't exactly certain about. Besides, according to the words put into the mouth of Jesus, it is those here whom you see that you need concern yourself about and not some God in some heaven whom you see not (though no church teaches this). For "Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."

According to an article I read yesterday via reddit, fans haven't been impressed with how things have transpired so far;

The almighty Night King getting killed by a kitchen knife, Dany being made to look weak and desperate, etc.

Dany has been desperate since day zero, remember when he burned those masters in mereen not that it's not a good judge then but you would have seen that bitchy attitude in her

me too that thing of a movie is confusing as 4uvk. after seeing shutter island and inception i decided to check out mind bending movies online, u should see its rating on imdb and reddit, i guess its one of the most mind bending movies ever, no one can understand it on first watch which make her rating that high. the only curious thing here is, HOW CAN U RATE A MOVIE THAT U DONT UNDERSTAND. u did it out of spite.

Better in terms of what??...superior storyline or action scenes?? what really makes it better?
those old action movies make me believe every protagonist has to be muscular to play its role perfectly.Colin farell isnt muscular, he use strategy and technique more than strenght, the CGI, VFX, SciFi scene and the level of adventure put into it made it for me.

The CGI, special effects is what I'll say went well for the remake, asides that, it was total bull crap & no were near the original. And what level of adventure if I may ask? was there even an adventure in the remake?

The way the story was told in the original was way better than the remake version. The original had a fun, comic-book feel that somehow blends well with the dense espionage story while The remake goes a different route, downing its story in a straight, dramatic swallow.
Also, the original was loaded with great mind-frakkin' ideas mixed with over-the-top excitement, humor, and mutants...... mutants that grow out of people's torsos, or the three breasted hooker, all these, made the original a stunning flick to watch.
