I think with Ronaldo leaving Madrid and Barcelona looking average without Messi's extra terrestrial efforts, La liga would find it more difficult having teams in the finals unlike past years.

I predicted an all English Final after the quarter final draws were made with Man City and Liverpool since they were both separated from each other until the final.

As it happened, Spurs knocked them out. But after seeing Ajax removed juventus, I still maintained that Spurs instead would take the place of Man City.

Before the Semis, I could bet that Liverpool are better than Barca definitely. And a complete Spurs side is actually better than this Ajax, no matter how beautiful they look when you watch them.

Obviously, the Liverpool lost the first leg harshly. Their performance did not deserved a 3-0 loss. They didn't deserve to lose infact. Spurs also lost 1 nil at home to compound matters.

Honestly, I didn't think Liverpool would turn their tie around and qualify. When realize Salah and firmino ain't playing, only a miracle can see them through. Alais! Miracle indeed it was.
