In case you cannot find anyone, you can do express DHL delivery or take your parcel and go to the airport. You will find a solution there.

Yes u can upload it on same page...just ensure that the sec cert is the 1st doc u upload.....however i doubt if the letter from you HOD will b enough i will advise u use Toefl or IELTS.......two of my friends dat use English proficiency letter was rejected.......but there is no harm in giving it a try......all the best.

Guys I applied to DIT Deggendorf, but on the overview I can see that the courses I chose were higher semester. I can't even remember choosing which semester I'm registering for. Now is there any way to rectify this problem cuz I know most Master's applications are usually 1st semester

RWTH Aachen which happens to be my most desired university accepted and admitted me, while TU FREIBERG which happens to be my least desired school rejected my application.
