Check how much Klopp spent at Dortmund and how much he achieved with them..

He inherited a shitty squad from Rodgers.. He needed his own players to rebuild the team and that involved spending money...if Roma had asked for 200m for Alisson, Klopp would have paid it....if Southampton had asked for 500m for Van Djik, he would have paid it. he needed those players...

Unlike Pep that spent £60m on Mahrez to use him as a back up player, Klopp doesn't spend big on players he doesn't need in the starting eleven..
