We once chatered a yellow taxi to drop some items for us at Agbara from Festac. The man collected 10k with begging. Then I will now do to and from for 12k? God forbid

When a morning trip takes me to VI, instead of joining the crowd of drivers at Oniru, I simply pass Awolowo way to Dolphin and position. Most times, they are going back to VI

So I just repeat the same process. The fares are usually from #800 to #1100. With a corolla, fuel consumption wouldn't count. It's better than parking with the numbers at Landmark

On Monday, I got Lagos island. The guy say make I wait take am to Magodo. Got to Magodo, he picked up something in less than a minute and asked me to take him back Na so I come back Dolphin come position again

Dolphin na sure place for mornings especially with long trips to Ikeja and most of those trips come from those tall buildings. The constant flooding of that area that has refused to go away made me to stop going there.

If I were U with the rain wey fall I go advice U leave that deal if na 12k. Truust me except no be ur Moto and U no send partner.

Believe me, the risks on this route (off-road+traffic+flood) are not commensurate with what people can afford or what they are willing to pay.

Its not about the money but about the well being of the vehicle after the trip. In the event of a damage during and after the trip 12k won't even be able to do it. It's like you don't know where Agbara is? Just be ready to come back with ur bumpers in ur trunk coupled with a leaking exhaust and bad linkages. Very very terrible road, about the worst have passed. But if you insist pls pass Igbo elerin side but not at 12k.

Had my share of failed trip this morning. I picked rider from Allen avenue enroute Victoria Island, checked map, and ikorodu road was better than 3mb. Got to yaba and I checked fare only to discover app went off. Launched it back, checked fare and I saw #500. Immediately, I told my Indian rider and he was like it was because there was no traffic, the fare would increase as we proceed he said. With a straight face, I sharply told him there's no way fare would have been #500 from ikeja to yaba and he replied by saying he would add extra to the fare. Got to destination, rider gave me 3k, me I no kuku do fare review again.
