I'll set up another agency to take care of Niger delta states and remove that 19% derivation to 60%.

Universities and stadium will be built In all Niger delta states.

I'll lobby lawmakers to create another state in south south and south east to checkmate northern states.

Northern states like borno yobe needs to be joined together cause they are useless so with state like Kebbi needs to be join with Sokoto
