Welcome on board. To avoid taking the vitamins differently, buy all in one like pregnacare range, pronatal or obron6 as your pocket reach. Pending the time to buy another one when you have exhausted it, stick with the folic acid and other counting tablets.
P.S. if you've had preterm labour or birth, from 20weeks above, it is essential you use prenatal drug religiously. When there is no packed one i mentioned earlier, pls stick to vitaminC 100mg every morning before breakfast. It helps prevent preterm labour and PROM.

Lol! Flesh and blood didn't reveal it to you my Cappo. The pressure to push was unbearable and I couldn't stop screaming "Nurse ooo please help meeeee, pour water on my waist, it's on fire"

But God is awesome. As soon as bobo slipped out, the pains vanished except for the tear and suture.

No worry cappo, as we dey talk self baby fit show.

On that Monday that I later went to hospital as the contraction became too much, I went to plait my hair around 5pm. We couldn't finish the Ghana weaving as at 7: 30 so I told the lady that I will come back tomorrow morning to complete it. I was feeling so pressed and leg seizure at the same time that I could barely walk but I managed and walked the distance home. Getting home, the main drama started around 9 pm. When I called the lady on Tuesday morning to change her schedule as am at the hospital and had put to birth, na only shouting she was doing.

So anything as happen anytime. Remove your mind there.

Naturally, I have a tight vj and dh claims. so by now, I'm back to being a virgin and only pray to make a way on delivery.
When I gave birth to 4kg baby, I was asked not to lift up or shift my hip when baby would be coming out, I obliged and didn't have tear.
When I birthed a Preemie at 7months, the midwife complained I was too tight...

Baby was turning around too on my last scan and the way he appeared big , I was thinking I ought to be feeling his movement in a week time@gratefulme

I didn't force it down her throat and free to consult her doctor. She asked for opinion and I shared mine based on objection. Google is there for any analysis or info.
So the hmmmm part there should be pointed out and corrected if you know more

Check for others on the list E.g Kupa in Ajao. Jakande is still close to Ajao
A family friend used that place for Delivery and she swears they are good. Said she will borrow money to go back there if she doesn't have to birth the one she's currently carrying.
If i can recall, she said VD is 190k or so! That means CS will be quite expensive.

She said they have good doctors.

I currently use Outreach and they have polite doctors.

Are you bothered about distance? cos I see the list is areas surrounding Jakande.
