things i liked...

burning of that bald headed cunning Varys

the fact that she planned the attack herself this time without taking advice and strategy from anyone

the expertise at which she started by destroying key strengths of the enemies... the iron fleet, the scorpions, and the way she burned the golden company from inside the city to out that's my girl (I wished she fried Euron though)

that after the Lannister armies surrendered she still burnt them (not everyone will like this but I don't like leaving enemies alive. it's a risk as one may decide to seek revenge tomorrow)

the way qyburn was squashed like egg and died like mosquito

not forgetting the fury on greyworm face... damn he fought like a wounded lion

now the spoils:

after looking at the red keep, i thought she was about to head for cersei and feed her to her dragon but alas she went for unarmed helpless civilians

burning not just the people but the whole city including the throne sef. Imagine she nearly burnt Arya (Who does she intend to rule then? ashes?)

the North men army now behaving like the bad guys and losing their morals too bad

the way cersei died... Would have been better if she was captured alive

In the game of thrones, you win or you die.

Why delay her death when she is not a winner?

I understand why Dany did what she did


She needed them to fear her

Those people hailing the beheading of Ned stark are just a small percentage of the city. What of all the innocent women, what about children that weren't even born then.

If the innocent women & children of KL are to be spared from Dany's rage, why shouldn't Dany be spared from Arya's anger since most of you now want Arya to kill Dany?

It was from a psychological viewpoint. Do you know what it means to fight for someone who is trying to flee? Had Drogon not destroyed Euron's fleet and they saw Cersei fleeing, they would have all abandoned King's Landing which translates to losing.

A leader is supposed to stand his or her ground during a war. It is in her subject's place to decide whether or not she or he should be evacuated, just like Qyburn eventually suggested.

Jamie is a soldier. He understood the concept of psychological warfare far than Tyrion.

After the bell, signaling KL surrender, rang, why didn't Daenarys just simply fly over to the highest
tower in the Red Keep and roast Cersei
alive once and for all? I'm a disappointed Dany fan who doesn't subscribe to the war crimes she committed in KL. There was no need for it.

The world and westeros have shown her that they are mean and merciless people so why should she show mercy to them?

In a quest to be merciful she lost 3 quarters of her soldiers, lost 2/3 of her dragons, lost her 2 most trusted advisers

Being merciful has always been Danys weakness and the one used against her. People who show they are not ruthless are usually taken for a ride

Jon did not show mercy to the plotters who stabbed him
Cersei did not show mercy to the innocent people at the Sept when killing the granddaughter of Olenna
Olenna already told her to show her strength early
Not following Olennas advice led to the death of the Martels
