Re: Number 225 Katakata Street by space01: 11:39pm On May 12, 2019
Weldone sir, very creative and believable. Mama Tobi, ur legs Don carry you enter the devil's own web. You will have a taste of what mama Akuna has been going through. How can one be this stubborn The money was never yours. Greed will never let you be. Pls sir, can u bring the characters more into their former selves. For instance, Kingsley with his weird answers, it's kind of funny and annoying. Sister Esther is still on track. Kindly bring them all home, back to katakata Street sir. I want that compound full of life again. If possible introduce the mad once into the system. Let them live together and create more katakata for the occupants. Thanks sir. Much respect. Love your work.

@space01 great suggestion man. And you didn't need to be so respectful. Every writer NEEDS constructive criticism. I'm here to serve and I ask for this kind of inputs. I want comments to come with observations of what may be off color or what could be done better. I know some readers don't like this and think it influences the writer and "derails" the story but it doesn't. Especially because this is a long winding real-time story where the next episode can be influenced by anything in the polity or present life reality. I'm not saying you should come and help me write the story o. But if you feel certain character arcs not doing justice to the story or someone has been forgotten or a subplot has been over flogged, plot holes, I'll like to know. Remember this is part-time for me and it's always a first draft that gets posted so there is no claim to perfection. As I've always said, the story is not ending soon so let's make it better. Thanks fam wink

For the general group discussions it will disturb the flow, especially as the views do not directly impact the story line. But feedback noted. Thanks.

He's an estate agent. Remember when he chartered Ndifreke's Keke napep with Mr. Kingsley once for that purpose. It was mentioned again in the last update.

I am an ardent fan of Topher052, the author of "My Madam and I" on Family Section, and subsequently "Continuation of My Madam and I" now on Literature Section because those thieves were stealing his story and publishing on their blog and we have to relocate to Literature Section.

Topher052 is a writer who keeps us on our toes at Family Section because reading his story is always like watching an action film. Well it was on one of such days I was waiting for his update that I decided to go through some stories on Literature Section. Believe me that prior to migrating his work to that section, I wasn't really a fan of that section because I never saw any story that thrilled me.

I started clicking and closing stories until I got to 225 Katakata Street and I paused. I mean which one be Katakata Street again, I asked myself. Clicking on it wouldn't cost me anything, would it? So I opened the story, lo and behold I saw MEET MY NEIGHBOURS!

Centino, I want to tell you that since I met those your neighbours at 225 Katakata Street, even my own life has never remained the same again. And I must confess that you deprived me of some nights sleep! It took me 5 days and those nights to read from Page 1 to 185 where I stumbled on your website, but that didn't deter me until I got to page 200, reading some comments before switching over to your blog!

My only regret now is that I too rush the story abeg, come join queue with as many as wait for the updates. The thing just dey pain me die.

Centino, you are a great writer. A prolific and renowned writer. You are simply an embodiment of knowledge and ideas.

For the characters, I like Ndifereke and Maya's love relationship until the latter strayed. And I am happy that Ndi, though unknown to him now, is making Maya jealous.

Nurse Josephine is a national cake. Everybody just dey cut, dey chop. She's too loose for my liking.

I will to see Tobi well again. But what I don't understand in that part is that Akunna went into his house before Tobi went to call him. So why was he not trapped since he was even the main target in the first place.

Mama Tobi got what he deserved.

That Alhaji seems to me like someone that has plans. Iniquity? That one is something else sha.

I am happy Irikefe and Castro are back.

I will like to see Baba Efe dealing with the Togo man.

All in all, your story make sense die and I am following it bumper to bumper.

I give it to you, Centino and Topher052, my two best writers in Nairaland.

Weldone guys!

@kaycee9242 EkopSparoAyara this is your answer. He goes out, sees properties and seeks out the owners and offers to manage the property. Was put like that in an earlier episode which is why he charters the keke

Wow! Thanks for the appreciation man! Pretty incisive. And it's been a while we had a new comer cheesy

When we got to 200 pages and I was being congratulated, I was thinking, it's getting so big people will get scared to begin. Thanks for allaying my fears.

Quite comforting to see that after all that reading it was jut the Mama Tobi depositing of the jazz that was unclear to you. Even though I have explained already, I may have to put back the paragraph or make it a line I had deleted that detailed that. I removed it because I had previously stated that she was carrying the thing about seeking the perfect opportunity to place it. We all knew the thing would backfire but no one knew when or how. So I wanted the reader to piece it together since it was an obvious outcome. I didn't see it as a problem.

Anyways, nice to have you on our street. The saga continues. cheesy

“Not so at all. Just as there is great perdition there is also great help. If you tune yourself aright you will receive this help. An earnest prayer with the right intuitive devotion will break through and reach the throne of grace. You also have spirit guides who are human beings in the beyond who have lived before you and made the same mistakes you make and had struggled with the faults you struggle with and are with you constantly to help you recognize and take the right path. They will guide you if you let them.
You nailed it here, bobo.
Re: Number 225 Katakata Street by BUGOFF(m): 10:40pm On May 14, 2019
“True prayer to the Almighty is not begging or groveling or having a feeling of ecstasy especially when certain songs are played making you think that you are in his presence and vice versa. It is all nonsense. The Almighty is not impressed and that is the reason your prayer is not answered. When you finish begging and weeping you will get up and face your reality. True prayer engages the spirit of man and it is the inner quality of the one that prays that is decisive. If it is intercessory prayer, the persons you are interceding for must be receptive to help, and because you do not even know the karma-ic forces surrounding those persons you may very well be wasting your time.
