ikwechegh: It means that your bacherlor degree is not in line with their own. According to the school, your BSC is in line with An advanced diploma. Just let go and look for an alternative. Visit http://cricos.education.gov.au/ |

tommee: Will your MSc in Finance equate to you being a Finance Manager immediately. When I double-checked, they are on 190 list not 189, which means you need a nomination. Follow this link. You can submit other variance of Finance or Financial something and see that you may not be able to apply for Financial Director, etc, you may not be one yet. And if you are one, then you should meet one of the not-so-constant state/regional nomination requirements after your MSc. Victoria sponsors for financial brokers or so, but that's if you have a PhD in Victoria. Check other states requirements. Is your Finance MSc degree specialised in any of the areas when it goes before VETASSES? Just read well. https://deltaimmigration.com.au/Finance-Manager/132211.htm |

Imadeosarodion: They do not appreciate cash lodgements. And that's what has happened up there. You need to justify why legally Great Shalom Ventures gives your popsye money... answer could be Great Shalom is your Father's business and those are his revenue/profit from the business. You should attach business registration documents, tax papers and evidence that he can solely move money out. Who is Augustine to the applicant's father, that will determine how to justify the source of the money. A business partner or relative contributing to your education with proof of blood relationship to you? Or your father? Rewrite the SOP to incorporate what you have listed. That's clear and not exactly what needs to be listed here on Nairaland again na. 1 Like 1 Share |

tommee:There is a different between studying master of finance and being a financial manager, the former is just a paper certificate while the latter is a profession. Have you ever being a financial manager with employment letter stating your roles and pay slips to back it up? 1 Like |

Good morning all. Please I need advise and assistance on what to do. I just got a refusal from the Australian embassy based on my marital status,(I am still single) and education gap (although I have done some certificate programs since I left school in 2009). How do I address these issues, and what would be my chances if I reapply. Considering I have a refusal already. |
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by bligs: 1:26pm On May 15, 2019 |
Newbetterphase:I doubt if the refusal is based on marital status and educational gap unless it is clearly stated on your refusal letter. What is your Bachelors degree, your intended program and the school you applied to? |
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by tommee: 3:26pm On May 15, 2019 |
bligs: @Blings, Thank for the clarification, i currently work in a finance dept of a telecoms company and i have over 7 years experience. However i am planing of changing course to something more sell-able on the PR list because i heard finance is more competitive for PR in aus even with my experience. I would still appreciate your comments, suggestions and advise. |
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by Newbetterphase: 5:13pm On May 15, 2019 |
bligs: It was stated on the refusal letter. Environmental management, intended program is environmental management. School is UNSW |
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by shupy: 6:34pm On May 15, 2019 |
Newbetterphase: I DMed you. Forward the letter to my mail. You probably didn't satisfy some conditions. I know they act funny at times but you being single cannot be the primary reason for the refusal. You can always reapply but you must address the issue in your letter. |

Newbetterphase:Then your home ties isn't convincing enough and you are unable to detailed what you have being doing after your first degree, marital status shouldn't be an issue. tommee:Apparently nearly all profession is competitive presently except for few, with your years of experience it is advisable to apply for PR instead of opting for studying provided that your Bachelors degree is on the skillselect list. 1 Like |

Hello everyone, please House gurus I want to know if it's possible to delete/edit already submitted visa application documents. I'm self sponsoring and have a worry that my FD certificate of #6.2m seems small although I backed it up with land deeds worth #4.1m. My school is an AL1 cadre uni which means I can apply without an SOA (I didn't know this earlier). The application was submitted a week ago. Please kindly advise. |
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by shupy: 5:57am On May 17, 2019 |
Donbates: You can't remove an attached document, you can only add . And your school being an AL1 doesn't nessarily mean that a SOA might not be required at some point in time. Your balance is truely a cause for concern. 2 Likes |

[quote author=bligs post=78422865] Then your home ties isn't convincing enough and you are unable to detailed what you have being doing after your first degree, marital status shouldn't be an issue. Please, can I use the previous SOP for the refused visa application and make some vital additions in respect to the reasons for refusal Or should I put up entirely new SOP? |
