Don't bring me discussing needs of Chelsea into wider context. This is just an excerpt of us discussing what would be the best fit for Chelsea.

We are already overstocked with ball-to-feet wingers who like to come inside. Bernardo is basically another no10 who plays on wings. We already have that in Hazard and Willian.

What Chelsea need more of is a flying winger like Son, Sterling, Mane, Sane, Salah type.

City already have 2 of those, so Bernardo is a better fit for them as a ball-to-feet winger, but not necessarily a priority for Chelsea. I don't actually think City will even be worse if Bernardo is sat down for Sane.
