You should use puffin browser.
I repeat, PUFFIN Browser!! No VPN needed. Puffin get it's own vpn.
>Get a Facebook account, link/verify your phone number on it, even if it's Naija own.
>Go to offerup site and login with the Facebook account. It will automatically select the one registered on the browser.
>after successful login, change ur Display Name and Picture to Oyinbo's own.
>then you are good to go.
