It's been three days since I made a withdrawal to my local bank but my account has not been credited while payoneer shows that my transaction has been completed.

Also they sent me a mail that my local bank will be credited today (on the second day) but that obviously didn't happen.

This is my first withdrawal, does it take this much or should I contact their customer support?

if the money is in your card, you cannot withdraw it directly to your local bank account (I couldn't).

You'll have to convert it to the other currency using the global payment service and then withdraw from the account you converted it to.

That was how I did mine.

Pls how long does it take for payoneer account to be created because i signed up for over a week now and have not received any email from them for confirmation.or is any other things i should do or what.

it is a digital bank in nigeria. You can link yout payoneer account directly within the kuda bank app and then you can withdraw from payoneer and your account will be credited instantly.

concerning your request, i think you should give it over a few days maybe till next week monday. this their elections is slowing things down. but you should definitely conmsider kuda for your next transaction. i cant remember the last time i checked my payoneer account self because i can see it all from the kuda app.

I didn't actually contact them....what issue re u having? Mine was first time withdrawal to local bank...took three to five days for money to reflect in my bank account
