And you can see why the former Barcelona boss is known for his attention to detail as he was seen coaching Raheem Sterling just minutes after City's 6-0 FA Cup final victory.

Guardiola was lecturing Sterling, who scored hat-trick against Watford on Saturday, whilst the City star had his medal in his hands during the celebrations on the pitch.

The pair were debating back and forth for around a minute despite becoming the first men's team in England to win the domestic treble.

The City boss explained the incident to BT Sport: 'During the game i said something, he didn’t understand what i was saying.

I remember when sterling was playing for Liverpool.I wasn't a fan of style of play because he had a propensity for losing possession of the ball owing to his superfluous dribblings.But one couldn't gainsay the fact that he was very prospective.He just had rough edges that needed refining.Luckily for him,he got signed by man city and under the tutelage of the punctilious guardiola who has invested so much faith in him in recognition of his potentials,he has matured into a very impressive player.
Another factor that conduced to sterling's improvement as player is his willingness to learn and his meritorious professionalism.Dearth of these two attributes is the reason why most players fail to actualize their true potentials.

Like the manner at which you construct and present words ..my kind of one.

u need a little bit of luck to win the UCL , I think people really underrate how difficult it is to win a domestic competition , u need to be really consistent . Man city is the best team in England , and are on the course of being one of the greatest premier League teams ever . Winning a domestic treble , esp in a league as competitive as EPL isn't easy . They deserve all the credit .

Guardiola has really helped to improve his game.Sterling was just an average player,when Guardiola came I thought he was one of those players that will be sidelined and offloaded.

But the Manager saw in him some untapped "sterling" potentials and helped to develop into the player he is now.

That is the hallmark of a good Manager.
