he is not a newbie in this thing, check out when this page was created..... If he says they don't accept, believe him they don't accept and I can support him by saying Delsu does not accept two sittings for medicine, pharmacy, engineering and law plus I once applied

It's okay for Medicine. You'd be done and dusted with a Post-UTME score of 70

You don't need to change the course if you're sure you'll score high in the Post-UTME.

Please, is it possible for one to change institution and course at the same time? I am considering changing from Delsu to Uniport and changing from Medicine to another health-related course with lower cut-off. Scored 243 in UTME. Kindly advise.
