Yes it did. I was told they'll get back next week

Everybody who came in at 3:30 for the procurement role only had scenario based interviews or am I wrong? I asked the coordinator, Joy, and she said we didn't have any stages

I was waiting for the end of today before asking this question.

Nothing yet. They said this week tho. The week is still young.

It's already running to two weeks. Anyway I trust workforce; am certain they have it all figured out perfectly.

They should have atleast sent a mail to all of the delay being encountered since they said 24-48hrs after CBI, its way past 168hrs.

All the same na we style, we can't apologise easily.

Could it be that the whole excercise was cancelled cos this is strange.

Someone I know who works there asked me if I was among the people that were waiting in their office for interview today.

I asked what role and he said he didn’t know cos he’s not in hr not involved in the process

This is actually true! Some people went to Total CPFA for interviews today!

Not necessarily! First off, I think this set is in batches, so they may be reaching out to lawyers or IT guys for now. Lastly, they would not be sending a long list to Total CPFA, not at all! Workforce's task is to weed out as many people as possible. If you get to the last stage, Workforce is essentially saying you are fit for the role. The last stage is to determine culture fit and perhaps management may prefer some idiosyncrasies.... so don't expect to hear anything.

From this stage onwards, it gets quieter.... also bear in mind that this is for experienced hires, so most people would be quite discreet.

Hello! Guess you were the investment guy from AIICO. Bros you said they invited you for 10:30am on Monday... They started interviews for investment people by 1:00pm,
and lawyers for 10:00am. However, I get your point that everyone was delayed due to poor organisation.
