Every child helps their parents... whether at home while doing chores or cooking, etc. That is basic. We are talking about child labour. It is different.

What I am saying might sound like grammar to you but after you have had children and sent them away to go and hawk on the streets or in the market for you, you can come back and justify this.

It's better when mother and children hustle together than to give out the children to relatives because the parents can't afford to feed them .
Believe me, those little boys will turn out great in life .

Some children just like to have their own money and save. I know an akara seller whose daughter decided to start selling bread beside her. She makes money everyday and even started daily contribution.
She then bought some fowls and started a poultry. During festivals, she sells out.
It might be from the children themselves, I know quite a lot of them.

How old was this daughter you talk about? She was business minded on her own and under her mother's watchful eyes and not hawking around. We should be able to differentiate between child labour and help or other forms of involvement.

Besides children should not spend their childhood years hustling.
