Hello urgent help needed with my Wes credential evaluation procesd.. Unilorin after 4 months finally sent my transcripts to WES... now WES has reached the school for Verification however am scared Unilorin would delay again with responding to the verification request.

i am currently not in Nigeria and therefore need advise on how best to reach the school to make them respond promptly

Good morning; I am currently experiencing some delays with my WES ECA evaluation for my Uniben degree. I have a contact in Uniben Exams and Records who claims they have sent the verification email to WES since 5 April. However, I called WES yesterday and they claim they have not received any verification from my school. Please do you have a contact in Uniben that can verify that they have actually sent my verification to WES? Is it possible that they have actually sent it, but WES is falsely claiming that they have not received it? How did you go about confirming your verification was sent from Uniben?
I would really appreciate your assistance.

any response from uniben yet ?... cos i just noticed i got a mail from ETX-NG stating that i should pay N8,100 for WES verification..the mail was sent since 13th may and WES sent me d verificatn mail on d 8th of may.

Those ETX-NG are thief, verification from Uniben is free it doesn't involve any payment. I applied my transcript through them, after disturbing them that I've received email from WES that my verification request has been sent to Uniben, they kept telling me that they have not received it. So I decided to enter school and went to registrar office and when they search their system they couldn't find it I had to send WES an email which they resend another one and they replied WES from registrar office without me paying one naira. My candid advice to you is that if you are close to Benin enter registrar office to do the follow up.

I didn't go through ETX-NG; I had a contact at Exams and Records (who also works for ETX-NG). So I was dealing with the guy directly. My verification has been sent to WES; my profile on WES was updated mid last week. My ECA report should be out on 6 June. I think you should pay ETX-NG; apparently, it takes a while for WES to acknowledge verification; so the earlier the better.

Get yours 2 passports
350naira worth of stamp
Affidavit of confirmation of WAEC result(I did this at Maitama high court)
Photocopy of your WAEC result
WAEC scratch(I bought it at Nipost office Area 10 for 1,500)
2 brown envelope
WES e-pin Scratch card form(download that from the WES site)


I sent all this document to my contact in Lagos through Nipost for 430 naira.It got delivered in 6 days.

My contact went to Haba Waec Office.
Paid 10,000 to WAEC and paid UPS 9,000 naira for shipment.Total amount spent 19,000 naira..I hope this helps

ensure your write your WES Reference number on all documents including the scratch card.

hey guys I need advise, I want to apply to have my credentials assessed by WES but I have a problem. I wrote my WAEC and NECO in 2006. I did fairly well in NECO but failed WAEC so I had to write GCE which I passed and combined with NECO to gain admission to the university.
My question is which of the results do I send to WES for evaluation?

Hello house please I need ur urgent help... I applied for ECA for my bsc and Msc transcript. Wes only sent request for verification for my bsc to my school and didn't send the Msc. I reached out to my school and they verified and found out that Wes hasn't sent my Msc. I called and emailed Wes to inform them of this and they claimed that they have sent my documents, they even resent the bsc that they earlier sent. And my status is showing in progress instead of on hold...

Hello good morning. Please call this man +2348164680302. His name is Mr Ibrahim. He is in charge of fedpoffa transcript. He was very helpful wen I did mine in 2017. I don't know if he is still there. But you can give it a try
