It has everything you want with a wifi device.

Moreso, it has this wonderful feature where you can use a button to turn data connection on/off.

The modem is a 4G modem.
I have used it with MTN 4G LTE, Airtel 4G LTE, and glo 4G LTE.

It's only etisalat SIM I've not used with it, but of course, the same goes for etisalat and all other networks.

So, yes, plus glo 4G!

It doesn't work for all network . It only works for band B1/3/7/8/20.

No, I don't think I do. All the ones I have cracked, were mostly for airtel users.

Can connect multiple devices? Check Check

So by modem, is it based on your budget, or that you PARTICULARLY need a modem?
