The thickness of that road is quite commendable. I passed there this afternoon and I truely couldnt believe what I was seeing.. With this quality, this road will still be intact in the next 20yrs

I'm not doubting you...just excited that at last some thing positive might just be going on about that stretch of Road... should be able to view for myself God willing mid next month when I travel... thanks

I don’t have the picture but if you are conversant with the road I will give you the Clear picture...... The road starts from that Ogbunike bypass enroute Umunya (that’s the NYSC camp) and at the moment work is at Igbariam junction..... this is a road that the Pdp people gave contract for about five times without work and nobody was prosecuted..... now it’s being worked on.... remember how muddy that Umunya area usually looks that most motorists bypass it and go through Nteje.... Buhari is the best thing that has happened to SE people I know they hate to accept the fact......,

You are spot on, I witnessed it too when I
was going to onitsha. Buhari has done well and I commend him for that.

Why do you call him APC member? First, ask questions to know if the road is undergoing face lift. If it is true I must commend the Federal Governement. I am from that area and will confirm face to face when i travel to the village next week.
We need more of such projects please.

Reminds me of the infamous Janta-Jamodo Road in my Orolu Kingdom. Its tarring has been on the lgs budget since it was formed and rumour is it was on the previous Irepodun LG before it. We call it a "cash cow for some", except the cow stopped producing cash under my bubu.

There is no way you could take a picture especially when you are on motion.Most of us who are used to these roads will continue to appreciate the federal Government for the work well done. I vividly remember, the condition of these roads years back.

This is one of the problems I am having with those of you who play politics with bitterness. Does one need to be Apc member to say the reality on ground. I really don't know why some of you love to be in self denial. From Umunya / Nysc orientation camp/ I. e Enugu / Onitsha roads down to Akwuzu , it's only those born of hatred that will deny the effort of the federal government going on in these roads. Same at 9th mile .

Even if the OP brought the project manager on Nairaland and make 24hrs video, you are bound to still deny it.
