After bathing, use coconut oil to moisturize ...you don't need commercial moisturizers as you might be allergic to them .

Do not use Coconut oil, I repeat, do not use coconut oil on your skin else you will breakout.

Get original Ori from Ilorin and use. Then use black soap. It should help your skin heal.

Assuming you have no other medical problem which could be the underlying cause, I recommend,
1) Metazone cream(tube), it will clear the rashes and black spots like magic without changing your complexion, it does not give you a body odour after sweating like other antifungal creams do. It's almost odourless.
2) Loratadine, it will help you a lot too.
3) Eat water melon and oranges in moderation every day.
Metazone cream is sold for 300 Naira or less, to be rubbed on the affected area twice daily and Loratadine is 300 Naira per sachet, you take it one tablet only once per day preferably at night. 50 Naira worth of orange and 50 Naira worth of water melon per day will be enough. So at most, 2600 Naira will solve your problem in two weeks.

It could be a symptoms of chronic kidney disease . It seems your blood is full of toxins go and do a kidney function test pls the earlier the better . It's like your kidney is not filtering waste product out of your body

Metazone is just 300 Naira. It's more effective and does not cause body odours after sweating like ketoconazole and other antifungal creams do.

Pls avoid being dirty wash your bedsheet,beddings and cloths well and at least weekly.
avoid using diffrent brands of detergent if possible use omo.
Drink a lot of water,take fruits daily eat healthy.
Take a bath twice a day. Change your sponge often.
You will get a lot of recommendations today but be careful not to use anything harsh.
I will recommend a brand to you called sebamed it is very very good but a bit expensive.
Check a pharmacy close to you but if it is proving difficult for you to find you will find it on jumia platform.
It isn't magic but use it for a month and you will thank me later.

He should just try Metazone cream. It's painless. It really worked fine for me.
