Mamas please, my 3months old baby's body is not smooth atall. He has been having series of rashes, I used tribotan and discovered that when the rashes clear off it leaves yellow or red spots and they are everywhere. He is very fair and this makes the skin looks bad. pls, what can I use to make it clear off and leave his skin without blemish, soap, cream, powder......anything please cry

Sorry, this is coming a bit late. My baby had rashes at 6 weeks that left her with some spots. But since I started using Sebamed soap and cream on her, she's fresh and spotless. Kindly go for this combination if its affordable coz they are a bit expensive. All the best dear.

OK thanks mama.. I used to type the words without goin tru health section.
Giddyperson:
select Health section, and use as few words as possible. E.g type 'potato puree' in the search bar then run the search. Beneath the search bar, you'll see 'all sections'. Click on it and select 'Health'. Then read through. You have to be a lil patient cuz some irrelevant stuff might also come up. After that search 'carrot puree' or 'weaning food' or 'baby puree' things like that. Two words at a time.

Well, he goes to crèche till about 5/6 when we get home n he changes his Diaper around 1/2 only if he didn't poo... All brands I've tried in terms of Diaper has failed me due to leaking ranging from molfix to huggues to asda little angel, then one Chinese one like that that's written in Chinese..Next time I go, I'll ask for the blue little angel, maybe that one won't leak.... Who knows if its not the plenty Diaper that's causing the rash.....when the tribotan clears the rash, it leaves mark, now his bumbum is full of patches of colors like the chest... That's y I'm reasoning sudocreme.... If u have recommendations for Diaper that doesn't leak, it would be appreciated greatly so I can buy all when I go out tmr... Thank you ma

Hello love, leaving diaper on him for hours isn't good please.1/2 is about 5-6 hours if I'm right. That's a No No biko. Poo or no poo, tell them to change his diaper once its 3 hours at most. Anyways, that's my style. Leaving diaper for too long is the culprit and not the brand you use. My essence uses molfix and it hardly leaks. Also, she once had diaper rashes until I was told this and it worked like a magic. Please, tell his caregivers to change him often.

Good afternoon mummies in the house. Please o I need help! How do you wean your baby from bottles? My DD hates spoons(Except as a toy). She throws a tantrum whenever I try to feed her with a spoon and sometimes even throws up.
But give her bottle and she will finish 200ml of thick pap/AS. I need ideas on how to make her like using spoon. She's almost 8 months old. Biko don't ignore... Cos her grandma is saying I should leave her alone, that since she stopped sucking breast by herself, she will stop the bottle herself too.
As long as the food can go in a bottle, let her be, saves more time and she gets to eat more. Have you tried giving her rice or other solids with spoon

Actually some babies react to some diaper brands. So while shes changing her baby more often she should also try a different diaper brand.

OK ma, thank you. I'll tell them to change it more often. The leaks are not as a result of the long time, once he poos, it comes out thru the side or the top n stains his clothes n it can be so annnnoyyyying....im using blue angel n so far, no issues. Ve also started the aveeno soap n cream as advised, I hope it clears in a week or 2.

How's she feeling today?
Try press her whole body with warm water and massage her with Shea butter or palm kernel oil.it will help loosen all her joints and ease any pain.
Tx ma'am.

Hi ma’am. Have you tried Pine diapers?it’s not known to leak. I sell it and also use it for my baby and none of my customers have complained of such.

As for the diaper rash, you can use Audi cream or this rising raving powder..it clears it but you may also need to air the baby’s bum for sometime before putting on diaper. All the best ma’am

Its well dear. I was taught during antenatal to apply chloedixine gel once daily from the time of birth till it drops and it worked like a magic dear. My baby's fell on the 5th day and that was the end of it. The gel is about# 300 . MIL didn't mean to harm her grand daughter but it's important you let her know you are worried and stick to what you were told to apply and not what she wants or feels should be used. Please handle her with care. All the best dear.

please kindly tell your mil to stop.

Clean it with original moko spirit as often as possible. When wearing diaper make sure that it is not covered.
Take good care of it to avoid infection.

Have you tried taking a glass of warm milo and milk before bedtime. Dim or off your light.

Also check if you are under pressure and try to unburden your heart.
After all these, close your eyes and meditate on positive things, before you know it, you are off to lalaland.

All newborns breathe like that, it gets worse when it's cold, so just make sure she's warm and ignore the sound, it would pass as she gets older.
