Jejebabaa: my oga i beg show me d way to this foreign loan Devaluation like i said earlier is out of the table for now (at least 6 month - 1 year) most foreign media/ analyst already posit that the Naira is fairly valued at present coupled with a war chest of $45b put the stability of naira in the near to medium time in good stead the major RISK to above is if the rate in fixed income space crashed which with current inflation uptrend starting this month looks unlikely. this is so because a cumulative of of btw $10-20b inflow came in just after the election and all those fund were largely channeled to fixed income instruments, so if rate crashed in that space the funds wld be looking at flowing out again which would surely pressured the Naira but as i said earlier that is highly unlikely with current economic realities |

oyamhe: I think Dangote wants to still remain the biggest company in nse, as MTNN is coming close, he needs to move his price higher for the company to still remain the biggest. My assumption oh |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mendes911: 2:30pm On May 22, 2019 |
Yayira: Not really on OFFER. It's for imbalance trade (happens between 2.20pm - 2.30pm), there are still several bids that won't show up at this stage. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Nobody: 2:30pm On May 22, 2019 |
Mcy56: Try to know the difference between loosing and dumping. Mtn shares can never be dumped until they sell additional shares. Stock that has gained 10% for almost a week now should take a break naw...... For loosing,I say yes..........but dumping, not yet time 1 Like |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Mcy56(f): 2:31pm On May 22, 2019 |
mendes911:I dont think so. Bear run'll be weaker instead. MTN worsen the situation instead of making it better, once its available things will start taking shape. Thats my opinion. |

Massive dumping in NSE, stocks are really falling. What are they pursuing? Is like all eyes are fixed on mtn, many will get mtn tomorrow. |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mendes911: 2:37pm On May 22, 2019 |
Yayira: If you had refreshed after immediately after 2.30pm, you would have seen the bids show up (though not all) and then gradually get expired. |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Nobody: 2:40pm On May 22, 2019 |
Chibuking81: If not the fine issue,Mtn can't list their shares below #500. It is still a gold mine at the current price......I am not looking at their financials but business model. The financial reports you are drawing your attention to will certainly mislead you. I didn't say the price will not fall neither did I say it won't be available tomorrow. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Mcy56(f): 2:42pm On May 22, 2019 |
mendes911:The dumping already slowed down until MTN announced listing date and people needed to get fund available in order to enjoy quick ride. Once MTN shares are trading on the exchange normally now, the dumping will slow down and some stocks will start gaining. That's how I see it. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Nobody: 2:43pm On May 22, 2019 |
Dangote cement 9.73% |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by DeRuggedProf: 2:44pm On May 22, 2019 |
mendes911: The opposite is most likely. Money will be freed to chase other stocks. Where do you think 'excess' of the money made is going? Brokers will first flood the market with offers where they want to enter and scare people to bring out volume. Brokers will soon start preaching valuations where they entered for a second round of dumping, then go back to MTNN.... That is how the game is played. Watch out for stocks that pay interim dividend, harvest time is not too far. They will wait patiently and pump them.... 3 Likes |
