To thine own self be true Williams Shakespeare A government that's not true to itself becomes a danger to itself. We can almost all see that in this desperation to misrepresent facts and always defend illusions. Africa, the burden of the world 3 Likes 1 Share |

if there was transparency from the start ,having the right people follow up when loans are given out , the output of this would be felt across the country but in Nigeria that's another means to steal 2 Likes

I will keep saying it, Nigeria is too populated people wise and too small land wise, to be a legitimate and sufficient agricultural farm land. The earlier they recognize this, the better. They should cut their loses, they have just given farmers a free grant and given some farmers money to import things. Our way out is high tech farming like the asians and buying agricultural produce from trusted countries. That is our bitter truth. 1 Like |

I sincerely hope Professor Osinbajo is reading this. After listening to Dr. Akinwumi and Peter Obi on this rice importation issue, I was surprised the Vice President still had a political opinion during his debate. It's almost like Petroleum Products importation or the Energy sector - any system that works as designed will be seen to be working. 1 Like |
