Good morning house, it's been awhile . Congratulations to all those who got PPR. Pls I need a contact in national open University to assist with fast tracking of transcript to Wes, it's for husbi. Thank you

You don't really need one if you've already applied online via their portal. You just need to follow up with the transcript mobile number available online (It takes 5 to 15 working days). That's what I did. Except you don't have your statement/certificate yet, you may need a contact which I don't have unfortunately.

I was initially worried when I knew my file was in Accra but when I started reading the testimonies, I summoned courage and prayed for a special birthday gift.
My PPR came 6 days after my birthday.
I really appreciate your efforts and support on this platform.
I pray for greater testimonies and we shall get our PPR soonest.

I doubt the statement alone with suffice. You will need to include a LOE explaining that you have access to the 25% and include a link to the law on the web.

Something like this:
"The balance in my Pension account as at 23rd May, 2019 is N4,000,000. 25% of this amount which is N1,000,000 will be accessible to me within 4 months of resignation.

I will have to resign my employment for the purpose of relocating to Canada to take up my Permanent Residency.

Part III, Section 7 – (2) of the Nigerian Pension Reform Act 2014 authorizes this:
' Where an employee voluntarily retires, disengages or is disengaged from employment as provided for under section 16·(2) and (5) of this Act, the employee may with the approval of the Commission, withdraw an amount of money not exceeding 25 per cent of the total amount credited to his retirement savings account, provided that such withdrawals shall only be made after four months of such retirement or cessation of employment and the employee does not secure another employment.'

Please refer to the link below to access the Pension Reform Act 2014 (http://lawnigeria.com/LawsoftheFederation/Pension-Reform-Act,-2011-%28Repeal-and-Re-enactment%29-Act,-2014.html)."

You can use any other web link in place of this one if you choose.

Wow thank you so much for this...

Try mayors and diplomats suites. Very nice hotel about 5min walk from IOM and the price is affordable. We paid N18k but that was because the N15k room were fully booked. If you book a room through Jumia one, you can get a room as low as N10k.

Thanks alot. God bless u abundantly

Hi everyone. I have received my COPR but not yet landed.

My younger brother is now interested but his work history is NYSC and N-power. Please I want to find out if anyone has successfully used the Nigerian N-POWER and NYSC paid program as a proof of employment and received PPR. How does it work?.

I would appreciate your contributions/Advice.

Pls, I need advice. I realised I made a mistake in 2 of my addresses while filling my application form earlier pre AOR. I got ADR for schedule A in January and those mistakes were corrected but now it would seem like I have different addresses. Do I need to raise a CSE to explain these discrepancies? Btw, my file is in AVO and my AOR is Oct 1st 2018.

If the mistakes were in your address history section, I think you should raise a CSE.

Weldone everyone!

I have been a silent reader as I have the intention to apply for canada express entry.

I am aware I need to evaluate my qualification/s but I am not sure of the occupation to nominate.

Below are my qualifications;
MBA from federation university Australia
ACCA affiliate
Bsc from Oxford Brookes

I have more than 3 years working experience as an accountant overseas BUT I am not sure if nominating Accounting will be a good idea as my highest qualification is MBA which I Think its generic.

Are there people who have use MBA for the express entry process ?
Is there anyone that got his PR as an accountant as I will like to evaluate my qualifications this week.

Please, make una help una brother

An MBA is a master's degree, so yes people have used it as it gives you more points than the Bsc. If accounting is under NOC 0, A or B, then you can go ahead with it since you have the requisite work experience. In this case, there's nothing wrong with evaluating your MBA and using accounting experience. People have used NYSC teaching experience and evaluated engineering degrees. With good IELTS scores and age on your side you can get ITA in the coming draws.

I never got a confirmation mail from them. I submitted on 23rd April and sent a message two weeks after. I was categorically told that I should only mail or call if I don't get the EOR in 28 days.
I applied for EOR (BC) on 24th April. No acknowledgement mail yet. I just called customer care now and lady says I should wait angry angry
I dunno for how long...Do you know what is causing the delay/shortcomings?
