Hi Pointednose, in a nut shell, you can not qualify for a visa with another person’s ties. Unlike the US. USA process, every Canadian visa applicant is judged individually, including minors.
The focus here should be on you and your ties primarily. Not to sound mean, but people leave their spouses or even agree with their spouses when they land to seek asylum and likes. Focus on making the VO understand the visit is temporary. That’s it

It is an enviable aspiration to aim to travel to Canada. However, let me use this forum to appeal to all prospective travellers. Do not travel into a country with a Visitor's Visa and then hope to 'regularise'(?) your stay. I don't know about other countries, but about Canada, it will not work. Visitor's visa is for Visiting.
Travel Agents will tell you anything to collect your money. That is their job. There are some lovely internet forums (NL travel section included) that can aid you in your quest. If you are literate enough to write on NL, you are literate enough to log on to cic.gc.ca and get information. When my family started the Canadian PR application in 2011, the number of agents used was zero, the amount of extraneous money paid out was also zero. There were many confusing moments but thank God for good Nigerians on internet forums.

In all, get the proper information and don't throw away your money on someone who is promising what he can not give.

I would strongly advice against this. They are cracking down on asylum seekers because most are making bogus claims.

Lets try to do things the right way and leave asylum for citizens of countries who desperately need it , I know nigeria is bad but we are not at that stage yet

This might be a little tight. You're gonna spend almost 2000 on just transportation alone. Depending on where you're headed to accommodation could be 100/night , which leaves you with almost nothing. try 3500 to be on the safe side

You can use company as a sponsor but you need to have a solid account yourself. VOs gonna wonder why the company funds should be spent on tourism .

My question is does my timing covers the required processing time and secondly if the visa processing time exceeds beyond July, would my application still be considered. I need know before I finally submit. Thanks

These days that they keep applications for over 9weeks or even more so it's beta to move your trip to August to be on the safe side since you are applying in June

It does not cover. Appication this days take minimum of 7 to 8 weeks.
As per your second question, yes it will still be considered.
