We should get Meunier for about 25m and spend our money on the midfield, central defence, and right wing. They are quoting big sums for Koulibaly, De Ligt, Sancho, Joao Felix, Bruno Fernandes, Ndombele so we shouldn't spend large on a fullback when more important positions need improvement.

Meunier is experienced, still at his peak at 27yrs of age, and could be here for the next 3-4 years while we groom one of our plethora of young RBs (Dalot, O'Connor, Brandon Williams, Ethan Laird) to succeed him long term.

Lastly, i respect AWB as a defensive beast but i fear his attacking limitations will be exposed if/when he moves to a bigger club and has to be the attacking outlet against bus parking teams.

I will still pick Lukaku over Icardi. We have more than enough problem in the dressing room already. No need adding someone like Icardi that his wife is controlling to the mix.

We are waiting for his contract to expire by 30th of June. Then we can get him. But pre contract wont be bad

I won’t mind o. Better first touch, can sniff a goal and he’s quite intelligent in the box.

I’m just concerned about his issues off the pitch. I can almost see him strangling Pogba in the dressing room because Wanda Nara is jealous he’s more popular and told him to do it.

Didn’t realize Rabiot had sacked his mother. That might be a good sign for his football future.

He would be a risky player, but we can get him for free and get Meunier for 30m.

We need both defenders and forwards. However the place where we have had long history of lack of quality is at CB and CM.

If we have a good defence and play a higher line the space that the attackers need to cover will be less. With 2 good CBs and a mobile CDM our full backs can join the attack more consistently.

Also there are more options and safer options in the market amongst CBs and CMs who can come in and improve us straight away.

It is a poor market for attackers right now, and they will cost a fortune anyway. Outside Sancho and maybe Pepe for that RW i don’t trust the other attackers in the market.

It’s not impossible. Martial just doesn’t care. Some of the players are more serious than others.

Shaw and Lukaku have already started training for next season.

I really want Lukaku to succeed here, he just needs to upgrade himself.
