How will they change the names of the candidatesof the other party who participated in the elections? It is not a transferrable property. The bestthey can do is to 'sponsor' a party and induce all their candidates heavily enough to decamp to the APC that is if they are popular enough to win the majority votes along with the Federal might/APC rigging formula as Amaechi tried but failed woefully to achieve in Rivers. The main APC candidates can never hold those positions from NASS, HoA and governorship.
