The federal government should make deliberate attempts, at encouraging young Nigerians to own their lands and develop properties, since the government has no functioning housing policy, action plan...it is the Entrepreneurs investing in Real Estate property, or the young man venturing to buy land and build a house, that will eventually provide shelter, for the entire nation. Government should reduce price of registering survey, and price of processing C of O and Land documents, and those unnecessary bottles necks in Alausa offices need to be addressed, so much discrepancies going on there. Dangote plc, should also be encouraged, so they can reduce cement costs, we have abundant limestone, government should harness it. This APC government should affect the Nigerian populace directly as it promised. Shelter is a basic human need and right.
