the only food tanzania can export to kenya is maize, because its not staple in tanzania and uganda, so its natural for kenya to import from you. just like kenya export Irish potatoes to Tz. the Turkana story is old and tired, mind you that the people of turkana have started exporting oil and the largest aquifer discovered in their land recently, soon turkana will be the engine that power Kenya.
