Yes bro.
Somtimes it goes off and coms bck on while making or taking calls, at the end of the call, I'll find many apps open cos of skin contact.
Happens under very bright sun too, it'll abruptly just stop functioning, making the screen dark(aldou it's very rare).
This is same tin my Infinix was doin at a time... #smh

Performance is cool, Camera cool, ba3 awesome
Better let him know the display is terrible in sunlight that one can hardly see the screen and also the proximity sensor messes up most times just as someone here pointed out. And i also learnt the volume during calls is terribly low.

First of all grin, thank you for your time and patience you've spent in trying to advice me,I'm really grateful... Secondly, I know what you're saying and I mostly agree with u but my problem with that video was when the guy was stating the specs of the phone's camera sensors... He said the RN7/7s he was reviewing was using Sony's imx exmor sensor... But if u do a detailed research on the sensors on the RN7/7s, you'll find out that none of the models have that sensor..only the RN7 pro posesses that.. So I'm wondering why he gave that specification especially when it's false... That's why I think he must have been reviewing the RN7 pro and might not have known it... Do u now understand? smiley
i went bank and watched again, he didn't mention Sony imx586 sensor, he said that the Redmi note 7 has a Samsung isocell gm 1 sensor while the Redmi note 6pro spots a Sony imx486 sensor
1:52
So it's either we are talking about 2 different videos or you are confusing the Sony imx586 on the 7pro with the Sony imx486 on the 6pro

Please house help, my Google Chrome just got invested with a virus while trying to install an app from the net. The malware always forces the app open and load some strange pages on its own.

I have downloaded so many anti virus but the best they could was identify the presence of a malware on the app without doing anything about i cannot uninstall the app as it is a system app.

Please what can I do before the malware causes substantial damage

You are absolutely correct, my phone is so stupid. If you press power button the phone will come on, if call someone the call will go through, if you switch on data the phone will start browsing like wtf? And the worst part is that the phone has airplane mode, which phone has airplane mode in 2019?! This phone is absolutely rubbish, games play, the speaker produces sounds, the screen turns on absolutely rubbish. It's worse than a piece of trash. I'll advise you not to buy it, Xiaomi and Redmi are just criminal companies that should be banned.

Well, in regards to the proximity sensor, if it is true, then I'm not shocked because due to the water drop notch screen design, there's hardly any space to place the proximity sensor, so some companies use software to deal with this issue, while some put in a very tiny proximity sensor which is not so accurate.

This is one of the reasons iPhone used the longer notch, in order to have enough space for whatever sensor is required.

I wonder how other smartphone companies with water drop notch or no notch at all (but pop up screen) dealt with this issue.

You don't want to unlock your bootloader because of security reasons or you are scared if your phone is stolen you won't be able to track it?
The latter, I think the phone will b less secured after unlocking it?
