the only problems is oil and gas wont help you anymore, who will buy the adulterated fuel coming from that conman's refinery, almost every country in africa is discovering oil, Kenya and Uganda oil, Natural gas in tanzania and mozambique. east, central and southern african market is sealed off from you, its called comesa if you don't know. that leaves you with west and north, and every west african country now has oil and/or gas. woe unto you. you are doomed with that refinery, you should have made hay while the sun shone.
