Kazikazi: You have Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Arusha then Mbeya. Of those 4, only Dar es Salaam is more developed than Kisumu. In Kenya, the following cities and towns are more developed than Mbeya 1. Nairobi 2. Mombasa 3. Kisumu 4. Nakuru 5. Eldoret 6. Thika The following are on the same level as Mbeya in development but smaller 1. Kisii 2. Kakamega 3. Nyeri 4. Meru 5. Kitale 6. Machakos 7. Naivasha |

tylann: You low IQ africans will be our doom, you are so used to corruption and incompetence that once you get leadership you are quick to critisize him without any knowledge and the westerners can easily use your low IQ at their advantage to make you believe that he’s a dictator through their media when infact his for his people and then justify a coup later on which will make that country remain poor. This is why so many good african presidents were ousted in coups, because of low IQ africans. Let me break the article for you. This is pure propaganda and nothing more, the reason they are attacking Magufuli is because he's shown that he is not a western puppet and one of few african presidents who care to develope his country. They spread propaganda such as that Magufulis government has banned live broadcast of debates in Parliament while no, it has moved it air in the next morning because it was expensive and anyone who follows Magufuli knows he wants to reduce cost at everything, just like it was the reason he banned civil servants from traveling to foreign countries to save money, and he is the only african president who dont travel outside of africa and only did it once for U.N meating and takes public airplanes. The result has been that Tanzania has been able to finance its own rail infrastructure instead of asking for big loans like countries such as Kenya has which wish it had Magufuli's government instead its corrupt one which robs from the people and they recently even bought new airplanes for Air Tanzania with that money. Even the IMF rapport was pure propaganda which is why Tanzania didn't accept it and the IMF somehow managed to leak it. They have appologized to Tanzania and say they will correct it to protray the true reality of tanzanian economic growth. Here is the truth about Tanzanian economy from the African development bank: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Is7WdnUxeHs I'm not Tanzanian but the Tanzanian people have benefited greatly from John Magufuli. You shuld not follow this propaganda news article which try to protray the only african president who cares about developing his nation as a dictator. Its important that you do your own research of Magufuli and Tanzania instead of blindly belieaving this piece of propaganda article. The article links sources which itself has bent to fit its naratives, It makes one believe that Magufuli is creating laws to imprisson his opponenents and critics while their own source quotes that those same laws were created before Magufuli came into power, like the Cybercrimes Act passed in 2015 by the previous president Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete before Magufuli came into office and that According to Tanzania’s penal code, “any person who uses obscene, abusive or insulting language to any other person in such a manner as is likely to cause a breach of the peace” faces a maximum sentence of six months in jail. The article try to make it seem like Magufuli was behind the people such as Mohammed Dewji being kidnapped, and that these events are not investigated by the authorities, but just recently it was Magufuli who reignited the search for Mohammed Dewji kidnappers after the investigation had started to fade away from the public sphere and ordered the police to bring answers to the many questions left behind in the kidnapping. If he was apart of the kidnapping why would he do that? Wouldn't he be happy that the event had started to fade away from the public sphere? [https://www.thecitizen.co.tz/.../1840340.../index.html] The article then go on talking about how 85 percent of Tanzanians believe that corruption had declined the latest years, which is what Magufuli is hailed for and at the same time talk about how Magufulis support has plummeted. You see at the end of the article they point out ''Fabian, like 58 percent of the electorate, voted for Magufuli in 2015'' as away to manipulate one to think that Magufulis support in Tanzania is not big at all while it is. The latest Tanzanian election was kind of special in that, the country's dominant ruling party[CCM], selected Works Minister John Magufuli as its presidential nominee instead of the front-runner, former Prime Minister Edward Lowassa whom was forced to resign his Prime Minister post in 2008 due to corruption. After failing to secure the CCM's nomination, Lowassa defected to the opposition Chadema party and was selected as its nominee despite it once labelling him as "one of the most corrupt figures in Tanzanian society". So the election become one of the most competetive and unpredictible in tanzanias history since Edward Lowassa was already well known politician of his former party CCM but had defected to the opposition party while Magufuli did not have a following before his nomination as CCM’s standard-bearer or much of a public profile. Many believed that he only won the nomination as a compromise candidate, but i can assure you the support for Magufuli has risen in the aftermath of ''Magufulication'' of Tanzania. It mentions that Magufuli has made life harder for farmers of cashew nuts by removing middlemen which is not true, the farmers were being exploited by the middlemen who bought the cashew nuts at very low prices which made operational costs higher than what was offered for the produce. Magufuli increased the price of cashew nuts and the farmers can sell to the government if the private buyers refuse to buy at the higher price, while the government is reviving local factories which can process these cashew nuts. It mentions also that Magufuli fining a mining company which has been looting Tanzanias wealth for decades will chase away investment, when the true reality is that the action will only make those who come to Tanzania to steal its wealth think twice about doing that. There are no legit buisnesses in Tanzania which the Tanzanian government has wen't after. Magufuli has actually managed to make Tanzania an independent african country[very few are] and actually use his brain unlike the many african rulers[not leaders]. He refused to sign the Economic Partnership Agreement with EU which was not intended to help African countries to grow economically, while its neighbouring country Kenya has signed it, and described the agrement as a "form of colonialism''. Its the action of an independent african leader which has made him a target for the west. It's not a secret that common sense isn't always present with the african rulers, just some weaks ago when Notre dame was burning you had several of the african rulers donating millions to for the reparation of the building while its citizens were starving but also while one of the worst cyclone ever recorded in Africa was happening in Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and Malawi, which left more than 1,000 people dead and thousands more missing. While all that was happening, Magufulis Tanzania was the fist african nation and one of few in Africa to send food and medicin to help the victims. Magufuli is doing wonders for Tanzania and many african countries need Magufulication of their nations. |

mtisTheQubit: Alot of our problem have been that we only have very few leaders at a time. Who is comparable to Magufuli right now and can team up with him? If someone like that existed in Kenya right now they and Magufuli could be able to work together for the betterment of East Africa. They have always used media to depics good african leaders who are for their people as dictators, a great example being Patrice Lumumba of congo when he asked for economic independence from Belgium and they labeled him as a communist dictator when he was neither. Once they have destabilized the country and put kn a puppet who subjugates the population but in their favour you wont hear anything from them, just look at Lybia, when was the last time you heard anything about it after they killed Gaddafi? They dont mention the slavery going on there which was the result of them importing their so called democracy there when in reality means war, poverty, and hunger. |
