This is exactly why Tanzania will surpass Kenya if Magufuli continues to hold power because you are so used to corruption and incompetence that you think its the way to live and you react negatively when someone comes and tries to makr good changes. While Kenya is busy with corruption, tribalism and going around the world asking for loans so it can indebt itself Magufulis Tanzania is doing the opposite and slowly prosporing.

We don't have mineral sources
Tanzania is twice the size of kenya in land
A large population is detrimental to kenya

Tanzania is a rich country

1-Construction of new Standard gauge railway(Electric) from Dar to Morogoro phase 1 and Morogoro to Makutupora(Dodoma).(In construction)
2-Renovating the old railway from Dar to Isaka, Tanga to Arusha.
3- Construction of new Airports and expansion of old ones in Mbeya, Dodoma, Kigoma, Tabora, Shinyanga and Mtwara.
4-Expansion of ports in Kigoma and Expansionof Dar port.
5-Construction of Stigler gorge Hydroelectric power Dam 2115 MW. ( In construction by Egypt's Arab contractors and El Semedy ).
6- Construction of Hospitals and Healthy centers.
7- Re-establish Air Tanzania by buying 6 new plane. 3 Bomberdier Q400-8, 1 Boeing 878 dreamliner and 2 Airbus A 220-300.

The following are on the same level as Mbeya in development but smaller

Where's the economic concept that you're claiming to know behind this useless paragraph of yours?
Kenyan economy is more stronger and developed than Tanzania's, in fact the most developed in east and central Africa.
Look at economic diversification and growth, monetary policies,Kenya is extra miles ahead of Tanzania.
Remember Kenya is among the top three biggest investors in Tanzania despite you keep on sanctioning our goods at the territories.

If you keep on labelling us corrupt and hyping much your old bald headed president called maguFOOL, why has the economic gap been widening since Kenyatta began his tenure in 2013?
And it will widen further, Tanzania is not even among the African countries with robust economies.
