Booked category A last night after cancelation of B.
Got 30th July too.

Meanwhile how do I go about getting my interview done in Abuja as I reside here...? Most of the rented apartments are not in the residents name and tenancy agreement isn't too?

Any help?
Got this reply from the embassy about booking to abuja

Vielen Dank! Sassy92

I will need to go to studenkolleg, thinks that's best...

Can I still school and or while in studenkellog ?

Will I get the AM if I want to go studenkellog?
What are my chance?
Pls find time and reply me thanks.

Read through this thread. Start from page 1. Before you reach page 200, you'll become an expert, I assure you. Now that everyone is worried about booking visa appointment, nobody will have your time o! So help yourself.

But let me help you small; O level is not enough to gain BSc admission directly in germany. You'll have to go through studenkellog, which requires B2 level in German.
OR get admission here in Nigeria and finish 100 level. Collect your 100l Transcript and apply to schools directly in Germany.

Yeah, you would be issued a VISA, but do you have German up to B2?
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 6 by sassy92(f): 3:58pm On May 27, 2019
You'll need to study German up to B2 before you can apply for studenkellog. yes you'll get visa for studenkellog but that B2 is a must.

Now make I talk my own.
There is one single question I asked myself that made me cancel my Category B booking and rebooked under category A?
The question is this ===Gọzie, its risky booking under category A, but is it not more risky remaining in category B and getting date on late September , When AM takes between 4-6 weeks from interview date?

I cancelled my category B appointment on Friday last week and rebooked again the same day under category A and got date today by exactly 10:20am.

Appointment Date = 7th June 2019.
Be rest assured that I will share my transcript here after my interview on 7th June under category A.

LOL. My brother, they don't consider all these things.
Well in answer to your question, I put 7th October.
Now listen, they don't give date base on all these enrolment whatever.
They gave me early June probably because someone cancelled his appointment maybe because he doesn't have admission yet.
Imagine how restless I will be now if I don't have admission letter and my interview is 7th June.
They can move forward and backwards in appointing dates

Well, its a big risk, but life is full of risks anyway.
They gave me appointment date today on 7th June. Imagine if I don't have admission letter, how I will be feeling now and if you make mistake cancel your date after appointment is given to you, omo na straight ban for 6 months be that o o o.

So weigh your options well and take decision on your own and ofcus be prepared for its consequences.

I booked category A and even went to the extent of ticking that I have a scholarship when I don't have knowing full well that it's a risk. If they allow me to do my interview, I smile. If they bounce me out (God forbid) for wrong category, I will even stay in the embassy and book another appointment under category B on that 7th June.
Everything about life is risk. Don't play too safe always

angry I share in this rage
Adeniyii2017:

Chairman, I will say this:
There’s no way you are human and on this group where you get informations to see people lamenting on what Category to pick and won’t say anything since 7th except you are not normal or not here at all, which I doubt.
Also, for me, there’s a mail sent to me that I only have to fulfil one criteria.
If this is a ploy to confuse people as I can see in your write up that you are quick to mention the compulsory feed without going in details what happened at the Embassy, the kind of curse you are heaping in your head.. only God knows.
Shalom.

I won't advise you to learn up to B2 on your own. A1 and A2 no problem but from B1 no be beans oo. German is a beautiful language but it's very, very complex. My advice: Learn up to A2 on your own (even that requires serious commitment, practice, combination of many resources etc.) then go to a language school or hire a private tutor for B1 and B2.

Unless you will book in Category B.

Do not risk A when you do not have admission at hand or leg because unusual miracles happen there grin
