garfield1: The point is there were no primaries. It is said that Ozuruigbo became the APC candidate via 'automatic ticket' which the court and our laws do not recognise. There was no second runner-up because the valid nomination process was not adhered to so like Zamfara, APC had no valid candidate for this federal constituency. Therefore the second highest scorer at the election becomes winner. 4 Likes 1 Share |

mushystuff:Except so.but the judge said nothing about that.the petitioner before proving that there was automatic ticket must have prove that there was a primaries which he won but was cheated |
Re: Ugonna Ozuruigbo Loses Federal Seat To Kingsley Echendu by mushystuff: 12:00am On May 28, 2019 |
garfield1: Does the bold part make sense to you? The petitioner's grouse was that there were no primaries to allow an even, playing field as required by law rather the APC candidate was issued an automatic ticket which is alien to law. This has been so proven and judgement as well as consequential orders have been declared by the court. How can the petitioner prove primaries when none was conducted? That is the crux of the matter/petition Mr Garfield1. 1 Like |

Annie939:APC is simply reaping the reward of impunity that Adams Oshomole instutionalized and entrenched in APC and allowed Governors to carry on with. APC did not organize primaries for the last election. The thing was just sold to the highest bidders after people had genuinely won primaries. |

Nice one. One down and more to go. A house built on lies shall surely crumble it's a matter of time. The case of pdp is a case study to tell every human who has senses that Never give up no matter your error or pressure or lies against you from the enemy camp just keep hoping to bounce back one good day. If someone tells me pdp can do these better i would deny it. People thought pdp is dead, some people said they should change the party name, some said all pdp bigwigs should retire and so on but today see as pdp is expanding like a joke going and keep going till apc shrink out completely they would still be here on NL doing their internet warrior. God is great. Never give up your dream in life no matter what comes your way. |

garfield1:APC is dying. When buhari goes back to his malnourished cows, what's gonna hold the evil called APC together? These guys are strange bedfellows. Tinubu wants to take over the party, his fellow zombies upnorth want to do same. At the end, they will simply tear themselves apart and everyone will go home. Bookmark this. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Adams Oshiomole, the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressive Congress(APC) has berated the Supreme Court for its judgement on Zamfara State which sacked all the APC elected candidates and replaced them with the candidates with the second highest votes in the just concluded poll on the ground that the Party did not conduct primary elections in the state.
