Seplat’s shares at risk over N600 billion swindling allegation involving NPDC The Nigerian Petroleum Development Company Limited (NPDC) and one of its Joint Venture partners, Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc, have both been accused of defrauding the Federal Government for five years. This may affect Seplat‘s shares. The Special Presidential Investigation Panel for the Recovery of Public Property (SPIP) disclosed that NPDC (a subsidiary of the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company Ltd) and Seplat swindled the sum of $1.8 billion and N8.8 billion from 2013 to 2017. NPDC pleads guilty: Without denying the accusation, NPDC admitted to short-changing the Federal Government while promising to finance the discovered debt. https://nairametrics.com/2019/05/27/seplat-shares-at-risk-over-swindling-allegation-involving-npdc-worth-over-n600-billion/ |

robobo: Thank you very much. I have noticed too that our country has started attacking the rich and corporations. The motto is if you can't join them, bring them down and as you said, ultimately it is all of us that will suffer it. Bright minds are already leaving the country. You don't want the rich to leave too. That will be the final nail in the coffin. 2 Likes 1 Share |

I think shareholders of Oando should insist that OVH should change the name of Oando filling stations all over the Country to a new name that will not deceive Oando shareholders that they still have a stake in the downstream sector of the oil industry. Maybe they will pay for the trade name sha. |
