Tell your school to remove the English proficiency is required from your i20 or change school before trying again. You will definitely get it

The new one. You can change your Sevis Id on the website where you registered your previous Id.

If it is a business account, you must have a financial statement stating the amount he is willing to support you with.

Lol, most times it happens like that and it depend's on the VO's decision at the moment, another VO might approve the visa

Do you know how packed full the embassy is daily.... if they give everyone even airlines wont have the capacity to fly

The reality is however harsh it seems. The number of daily applicants are a lot and the embassy cannot give that much so they have to have techniques or guideline to deny

First, never conclude based on what you read here. Only the VO knows what was said and what happened.

Secondly, the transcript shew that the person needed to show English proficiency . So it was 100% the person's fault for not going with proof of proficiency.

The VO has a reason for denying approval.

We always mention here that every aspiring student should take tests (GMAT/GRE and TOEFL/IELTS) and go to their visa interviews with their test results. A lot of people here try to cut corners by avoiding the tests and most of them get themselves screwed up in the process.

For this particular case, I think you should blame the candidate for not appearing at the interview with the test scores.
Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 14 by wintabotom: 9:26am On May 30, 2019
@brown2green i didnt get any benefits. I took the itemised bill with my zero balance. There is a assumption that some hospitals go back behind patients to claim benefits from govt. This i believe wasnt my case because they didnt see any on my case
Brown2Green:

Before going for your next interview, you need to get a good drill.

For the delivery , I think you got some benefits that you were not supposed to get as a noncitizen.

Response to ' why this school?' was not convincing at the second interview.
Also you should consider Canada express entry as a backup since you have a family.

before you conclude and state throwing blames , oversabi have you heard of 221g. Do u know the meaning of cut corners, there are 100s of people who didnt need GMAT or GRE for their courses.. Oversabi Public Admin is a course that doesnt need GMAT or Gre and dont ever conclude to say i cut corners if a school gives u a requirement why should u do extra just to prove to the officer that you are a honest applicant. Mr BRECLUM.. PLEASE GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT BEFORE GENERALISING.

Also i asked for advise not blames.. we are on this forum doesnt mean you should talk anyhow all because i asked for advise.

Please note that the school wrote the embassy to apologise for this omission . They also confirmed in the letter that they had waived the English proficiency because i had my BSC in English and also confirmed that i also sent my IELTS result. For the 2nd interview i agree i wasnt coordinated.. i had a serious issue at home so I wasnt in the right mind on that day. I still have all the copy of the letter sent to the embassy from the school.

Same 120 had English proficiency is required, then later stated tht English is proficient but the VO wasnt looking at that wld get a screenshot later

I am sorry about what happened ok.
The VO works 100% with what is stated on the transcript. That's why it is advised to request for a new transcript if what is stated is obviously different from what is presented. The VO has a target to attend to a lot of people within a short span of time and might not have the time to start requesting for individual documents.

Please take your time for your next interview.
I am always here to give my little moral support.

Hello Guys,

I just got an appointment Interview for US VISA, a friend working in the US invited me but i am sponsoring myself as i have a good job here in Nigeria and a family of 2.

This is the first time i will be going for an interview but I have traveled to China about 4years ago (Spent 4 months in china), sponsored by the Chinese embassy. I have a new passport as the one i used to travel to china already expired.

What are the possible questions that will be asked during the interview & what documents should i take along to the interview?

The first step in overcoming problems is being matured enough to accept your mistakes. It appears you have not yet started the journey. I wish you the best of luck.

Public Admin does not require test scores? Lwkmd! What the hell are you saying?

I worked with some Public Admin and Public Policy Fall 19 candidates. They all submitted test scores to join their programs and some of them have secured their visas without stress. Of course, they all applied to very good schools, not some shady school that doesn't require test scores.

Keep insulting me. You know I'm saying the truth!

In your case, you screwed up by not attending your interview with your test scores. What were you thinking? Anyways, let's hope you attend your next interview with your IELTS score and hope that the VO does not ask for your GRE scores.

Your insult doesn't change anything. It is left for you to accept your mistakes and work towards correcting them. Good luck with that.

Interview is so subjective that nobody can predict . Sometimes if you give up then you never know but only you can know when it time to stop because i too don beleive in getting No no .

If you go again then be better prepared , work on stronger response to why you picked a school

Good morning everyone. I recently gained admission at the East Tennessee State University study Digital Media as my second degree. I already had a first degree from the university of Ibadan in 2014. My i20 has been shipped but am still in doubt if Vo will accept or reject my Visa application cos I already had a first degree.

VO: OK, why this school Tarleton State University

me: It affordable, the school is in Texas which has a great wether. Also, after various research, i realised that the school is highly rate for the course , and one of the Top schools in the USA.. (she cuts me)
