Solution.

It is a tricky question that you can approach DIRECTLY.

Let's assume the price is 1 naira (this is a safe assumption since we are working with percentage increase/decrease).

So therefore, a 40% rise will correspond to 1.40 naira.

A 40% decrease on 1.40 naira will correspond to 0.84 naira.

So therefore, from the original 1 naira price, there's a decrease of 0.16 naira which corresponds to a 16% decrease.

That's what I'm using too, the temporary VC, I don't see it being any problem, was part of the people whos center had issues and unable to collect PVC .....As long as the number is same with what to used..and your picture is showing.. You are good to go

Take a bus to Oshodi. From Oshodi under bridge, take a bus going to Ikeja. At Ikeja under bridge, enter a bus going to Egbeda. From Egbeda, take a bus going to Ikotun and tell the driver you want to alight at Carwash bus stop. Cross to the other side of the road, you'll see an Fcmb bank branch, next to it is Oduduwa college. A brt bus stop is right in front of it

From Ago place way take a bus going to Ikotun Roundabout, drop at the last bus stop. Take another bus going to Egbeda- Iyana Ipaja, drop at Car wash bus stop. The place is by the road side
