Shehu Dikko says that it costs N15 million to broadcast one NPFL match on TV. So it comes down to N150 million per match day for 10 games. He says they are working to find a solution. Here's the article:
https://npfl.ng/dikko-identifies-production-cost-as-major-hindrance-to-live-broadcast-of-npfl-matches/

That's quite huge. I don't think any corporate company will invest in such broadcast. We just need to set up our stadia to Atleast mini standard.

Yes. He mentioned that part of the problem is the fact that our stadia are ill-equipped...cameras, stable electricity, etc. are things that are lacking.

Its annoying to see that our rant here amounts to nothing, yet we go on and on and on arguing daily about everything bad concerning our football.

I think is better we find a way of getting our thoughts and discussion over to the NFF somehow. Its either we further our discussion on the NFF Twitter page or do something else.

We screamed to high heavens during the AYC about these Grandpas yet Mr Paul flew them over to Poland.

We have been screaming loud here and tracking most of our Foreign boys here yet they keep getting ignored while their resident countries snap them up.

We on this thread have to do something, anything somehow. Our suggestions, our cry, our comments must be heard. If the lazy NFF have to follow this thread as scouting ground for our boys overseas, I don't care.

Cc tbaba, icons, christkels, thegoodjoe, andrew44, junnyjake, forgiveness, komekn, Bascovanveli, Humility, etc you guys have to spearhead this one way or another

I am tired of empty ramblings without end product angry angry

If you want to change anything you have to be the gladiator and not the spectator. That's, you have to go into full politics or form a football TV station that is devoted to scout, criticize, analysis, inform, etc everything that has to do with Nigerian football and players.

It is a very expensive project.

I should do all of these because i am who? .. Amaju Pinnick?

Must all of us be a stakeholder before the right thing can be done?

Very well said. Never break what is working for you. We have too many positions in Nigeria with the wrong men. The few ones we get right, don’t change it.

Continue to give them support to camp early and play friendlies and they would keep on churning talents. Also, there should be an EFCC unit attached to our under aged teams to investigate players ages. grin

we have had enough of NPFL players lately.... only God knows what some of them in poland have in store for us against Ukraine
so the lad can go play for Benin Rep... i wish many other nationals can as well join him...

it is obvious many good players can be found in the nigeria academics... that's hwere many of the current home groomed in the super eagles hails from e.g Chuks, Oshimen, Awaziem etc.....
unlike the NPFL where many of the players there have possibly remove 3-5 years from their age and often head to eastern europe and north africa whenever they move abroad

Actually, Iwobi was rated the best Arsenal player by BBC @6.29. Cech was second at 6.21. And they rated Ozil dead last at 2.88. Ouch!

Trojan malwares?... None at all .. None

Make sure to check Fox sports 2 usa for most of the matches

No annoying ads during game play at all only at the beginning when you want to open a channel. This you can easily cancel after 10 sec by clicking the 'X' button at the top

Thank you! My phone is giving me so crazy warning about the app, but I'll just go my settings and allow it to download.

It would come in handy for the AFCON.

I predicted that VicMo would be at the top of Conte's shopping list once he finds a new club.

I think VicMo would be good fit at Inter.

Aniekeme's start is a welcome development. At least he holds the ball well, brings stability to the midfield, has manageable shooting ability, though his passing is very suspect......and he is grossly overage. grin

Makanjuola is clearly head and shoulders above that skillless, speedless, and tactless age cheat called Offia. Plus, Makanjuola is one of the few guys in that team who are actually near 20.

Welcome development.
