Get it clear. All these banks are in business. CBN rate is definitely not aboki rate.
All banks do these Form A thing. And they source forex from CBN and Co. They will tell u the rates per day. Ofcos all banks can pay school fees and transfer monies using Form A. The rate won't be aboki rate.
But the thing is, when jungle mature, they will tell u forex is scarce and that there is a waiting list of plenty customers. So if u can wait, (it can be endless), it can be done. These are realities in banks.
But ofcos if u are in the category of wanting it urgently, u can open your dom account, buy from aboki, fund your dom, and the bank moves it to Germany for u.
So, do people truly get these low rates from banks, True. All na function of time.
But I can bet u, the majority go thru aboki
Am sure experienced guys on the platform have explained these transactions very well here.

As you said, its am invisible payment and it doesn't include school fees alone. There are more to using Form A means, of subsistence, medical bills etc. One can use form A for means of subsitence while studying and thats where block account may come in. One of the main criteria is AM, the second is an Invoice showing the amount of money which the Student visa check list has and even some AM or Enrollment form have it stated. The next is the bank details of the recipeint and here your BA.

Form A actually a means of subsidising these payment for Nigerians. Its a CBN thing and not just banks. The bank use your money in your account and bid at CBN with the required documents. When successfull CBN exchange the cash at a given rate(official) and the bank can then makethe transfer and charge you

Form A gets slow during peak periods as in August, Sept when there is rush.

The issue was raised yesterday and i deemed it fit to also find out. Like i said everybody should try and find out themselves from different banks and not relying on what one person get.

I believe if its possible and ok it will be beneficially to us all

That means you have been declared eligible to study the course. So you’d have to wait for admissions to roll in. Did you submit a GMAT?

Hi, I got admitted to this university on April 11th, masters course in materials science and simulation. I applied April 2nd got admitted on April 11th. From what I know the school is located in a university environment.

I have received AL from Rhein waal university of Applied science on Tueday, The Person that promise Sponsorship letter from Germany has changed the language yesterday when we discuss on Skype that she wont be able to do this favour anymore reason to the fact that She doesn't wanna expose herself to the Government and some other reason known to her.... Bros it's not matter of going to ask anybody... FORM A CANNOT BE USED FOR BLOCKED ACCOUNT. except you own a bank or the CBN governor is your brother. You are depositing to your personal account and not school.... so no Bank will process it. It has been discussed countless times even when euro was not this high. Best option is to buy from Aboki and use Dorm Account.

If i trust the aboki. Can he send directly to my fintiba account? Or it is compulsory the name on the fintiba account and that of the sender must match?

I stated this earlier, for the course I got admitted to "materials science and simulation", they didn't require me to send hard copies via mail...Dont know about other courses and they do also accept EPL.

I don't think you have to take them there physically. Just go with their passport photo and yours. Both will be stapled to the document and stamped

I did mine at the ikeja high court last Monday...
I went with my father's passport photograph and mine too.

What I did is I printed the right up from a computer center and attached my pops passport at the top left hand corner of the documents and attached mine at top right hand corner.

The affidavit should be deposed by your father. that is, the write up should sound as if it is your father that did it....

For the signature... U can sign in place of your father

I need advice please

I have a degree already in elect/elect with a 2.1(naija grade). I applied to my choice schools for Bsc and Msc programme. Currently I have only gotten Bsc admissions (3 of them). I have also booked for category B since on the 9th of this month. But my delima is won't the VO not think I should have opted for an Msc with such a good grade. Please how do I defend that. Moreso, my Msc admission might come out ending of June. Should i cancel and book A knowing that i will get Msc admission? People of God, what can I do?

PS: I applied for bsc courses because of getting early admission in order to book early(the 11pm booking then)
