Sanwo-olu's first order of business - Reduce traffic in Lagos by executive order on Lastma and visit to the Ports.

Ihedioha's first order of business - Demolish statues

Guy, let me tell you a bitter truth. With the current crop of leaders in your region, you have no hope and your future looks very bleak. Expect nothing sensible from Ugwuanyi, Ikpeazu is a write off, Ihedioha is busy demolishing statues and playing football.

I suggest you leave Lagos alone and go hold the mediocre nonentities you call Governors responsible for the misfortune of your muddy republic cos the way things are going, na Sniper Ikpeazu go soon dey share for una.

A word of warning!!! NEVER crowd on a bridge without moving (stagnant) like in the last picture, that bridge was NOT built for that type of combined weight AT THE SAME TIME.

The important part being at the same time!!!! The same goes for balconies!! They were NOT built for crowds, just a handful were and those were reinforced for the purpose.

Prophet flies away before the walls of Jericho collapses!!!

just look at that disgusting environment!

Go to any part of Lagos where Igbos are and you'll see a similar trait of dirt.

Okokomaiko
Ladipo
Old Ojo Rd
Tincan express
AJ City

That's why they always lock Ladipo for environmental issues. They carried the pig spirit of Aba and Ariaria market into Lagos.

President gives 2 weeks ultimatum for Apapa gridlock clearance
by Augustine Ehikioya, Abuja May 22, 2019

The Presidency on Wednesday issued a directive for the immediate clearing up of the Apapa gridlock and the restoration of law and order to Apapa and its environs within 2 weeks.

The directive, according to a statement by the Senior Special Assistant on Media and publicity, Laolu Akande, mandates the immediate removal of all trucks from the bridges and roads within Apapa and all adjoining streets leading into the Apapa axis.

To facilitate this important assignment, he said that operators of trucks and tankers have also been directed to vacate the Port Access Roads within the next 72 hours.

He said that the directive followed an emergency meeting convened by President Muhammadu Buhari and chaired by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, on the 25th of April, 2019.

Only a dumb liar would believe the kindergarten lies.

He was foolishly trying to be popular but the backlash on the timing made the coward recant.

Now, he can't demolish any statue again and his supporters who wanted the statues demolished would realise they have been played as fools.

If I have to break down the usefulness and importance of on-the-spot inspection to you, it still wouldn't clear your cynicism.

So, I'll allow you continue your thing.

Nigerians/Africans and their infantile love for showmanship over substance...SMH grin

Is BOS the first Governor or government official to do "on-the-spot inspection"? FYI, Fashola, Ambode and even VP Osinbajo all did similar "on-the-spot" inspection. A million "on-the-spot" inspections and selfies will not redress a problem that is systemic in nature. The gridlock and street parking are merely SYMPTOMS of underlying systemic and institutional shortcomings! Until you address the UNDERLYING disease (including without limitation, adequate truck parks, a functional technology-driven call-up system, shippers' storage of containers, good roads, etc.), folks like you will continue to be bedazzled by BOS (and others) chasing shadows in derogation of substance. Little wonder some of our African ancestors were sold into slavery for mere trinkets. Anyway, carry on. Perhaps you can score a selfie with BOS yourself! LMAO!!

We can not all chose to be foolish cos that is the orientation you inherited from your father. Fashola did it before n Sanwo will shock your father wether he’s alive or dead in his condemned grave by clearing the gridlock.

I just dunno why you guys think SW starts and end with Lagos!!
The way you people hype Lagos shows that you haven’t left the shores before else you will realize how bad, dirty and stupid it looks..
By the way do you think Igbos will be in Lagos if PH, Warri and Onitsha port is working??
Think again..

Think again..

There is a port in Warri and there are 2 Ports in Rivers. Don't drag the SS into the incompetence of the misfits you elected to lead you.

Is it ports that is making Ikpeazu owe pensioners and use kerosene to pay them? Or it is ports that made Aba markets look like abandoned latrines.

As if Kano with a solid state economy is giving the same dumb excuses you people give. Successes have results, failures give excuses.

Ikuku, TA Orji's son is warming up to rule Abia in 2023. 20 years from now, this is the same ports and oceans excuse you would give your children for the stunted growth of the SE while others have far developed.
