I grudgingly woke up this morning (28th May), did all my morning routines and I was about to step out when something in me told me to check my mail and viola! PPR mail was sitting pretty in my inbox. I couldn’t believe it!!! I was numb for a micro second.

My thought has always been, where will I get the money to for the application, not to talk of POF (You should know that, I not from a wealthy family nor am I rich fellow). After the meet that Xmas with my wife and I, his words kept ringing in my wife's ears and she never let me a single moment of rest from then on till the new year. So sometime in the middle of January, I decided we give it a shot but then shinshin no dey account o.

After making the decision, God opened doors for our finances and some money came, i just diverted the funds to get our passports and register for IELTS in April.

-Applied for passport (family of 3): April 2018

IMO, and based on what I know, there is nothing wrong with your names nor the arrangements. Every organization have the required format they want applicants name to reflect in their databases for administrative convenience. Ircc will not ask WAEC to change its format from ABC to BCA (assuming A is your surname). What is important is all 3 reflects in the right spellings and what is surname, middle and first name remains wherever they appear.

If you still are not satisfied with the above, please go and get a court affidavit to help you sleep well at night.

By the way, I have similar experience like yours and I didnt do anything cos I don't see it as a problem and my call to ircc yesterday on my status has not thrown up any queries or reviews required on any section thus far. My only affidavit submitted, which was even done since 2008, was for WAEC showing dob as 27/7 instead of 25/7, year was correct.

Send the passport like that. It doesn't make a difference so long as you are sure you'll be traveling before the expiry of your passport.

@DAME91 endeavour to get a new passport (just in case). some airlines like Ethopia air.. won't allow one fly with a passport of less than six month validity.

I was told to pay 5k to NECO and send the receipt of payment with my online result, including an envelope with courier funds which they will use in sending the document to the institution. I really don't understand if am sending the courier money with the envelope.

If you are in lagos just go to NECO office at Coker street Ilupeju, Its a process you can conclude in a day. Or better still, read past pages here you will find contact that can help you with that. I spent around 23k for mine.

Yes, it is acceptable. Is there any other work experience she can use? If no, please post her job duties here so we get the NOC that best fits.

Documents to Prove Sibling Relationship/PR Status/Residency in Canada
1. Proof of Sibling Relationship
- Birth certificates of both siblings or NPC attestation of birth documents (include declaration of age affidavits as well).
- Family photos of applicant and sibling (optional, but advisable to provide).
- Bio-data pages of international passports of both of you.

2. Proof of Sibling's PR Status/Residency
- PR Card (you can use a copy of sibling's signed COPR if PR card is not issued yet)
- Documents to show sibling's address/residency in Canada, such as utility bills (phone, power/electricity etc), driver's license, employment letter or bank statement.
