Oando Marketing has gone to OVH. Enyo is a different entity. Enyo must be buying from OVH.

There is a N79b which is the remaining part of the COP assets acquisition owed banks. Others may be foreign loans by foreign banks.

I do not think the announcement will have effect on any Nigerian bank.

It is just Oando shareholders that will bear the brunt when they come out to ask for more money via rights.
