Don't console yourselves with Kenya is owned by whites or indians. Kenya has very few whites owning anything. They come as tourist and leave as such. Indians are dominant in manufacturing and nothing more.

Kenya real estate - houses, malls, golf and name it - is 99% dominated by blacks.

Windsor has residential estates in it - the whole real estate is 2,000 acres if not more.

Building with what - total NIGERIA federal budget is what 25B dollars - and that is based on aggressive unrealistic Oil price projections - all states budget are like 10-15B dollars.

You heard the Algeria tell you - one serious super-highway - need 11B dollars.

Nigeria WILL NOT get out poverty until it's fixes it basic. Start with TAX COLLECTIONS.

You cannot have federal budget of 25B dollars - while South Africa has 110B - Algeria about 100B - and Angola around 60-80B dollars.
