Hello house, my wife is an executive member of private company in Lagos and the company has an obligation to sponsor her vacation along with her family once in 3yrs. We now plan to visit Netherlands S she was there last year on scholarship. My question is this.

(1) As a family, are we going to write individual cover letter/ introduction letter, because have a daughter
(2) what documents will the company send to the embassy to affirm their sponsorship and commitment.

Please I need the help of everyone on this platform

One letter is enough to cover for the family, the company should also write the Embassy with supporting documents- financial statements, 3 years tax clearance, paid hotel bookings and insurance.

Is it possible for someone not to get a text message after submission but when tracked it shows that it has been forwarded to the French embassy for processing.

Maybe you didn't pay for the SMS service.
Check the mail you submitted at VFS. That's FOC.

I paid 30,480 which include the SMS fees and no email sent.
But when I track it online it shows that it is been process at the French Embassy.

Is this normal ?

You have to fill the form online before you can book an appointment.
There are still date for Lagos. Why don't you check between 7pm to 8am.

Quite frustrating.

My flight reservation take off date is Monday June 03.
If your guess is the case, I await their response then.
But it's not a good idea.

Mine too is ready. But if there are no appointment sits in the system, how then will they get one? In anycase I want to go to VFS today to see what the cafe guys can do to help, cos there are financial implications for me if I have to wait one month again before submission.
