I don't think there is any Nigerian working harder than oji uzo kalu for 2023 , he even had to leave the party he formed for APC and contributed to Buhari's 2019 electoral victory. He also won his local government, senatorial zone for apc . What else do you want him to do or want igbos to do
Sorry for the mixed up. You are right, Igbos totally different from Ndigbo. I have plenty of Igbos as friends

This is really embarrassing. Zero political knowledge.

Maybe Tinubu should start classes on politics and we need to enrol asap.

Yes but not by mocking every other tribe, religion or whatever divide in Nigeria. Everyone should be free to aspire to whatever position without being blocked, mocked or attacked. Now that's the difference because you feel you are more Nigerian than us.

You are free to court the north but don't feel threatened by my every move to aspire or compete for any position.

Igbos hate APC . Even if he was given the 2023 presidential Tickets, they'd rather vote for an Atiku Abubakar simply because he's contesting under PDP. You don't enjoy goodwill from the rest of Nigerians enough to see him assume the highest mantle of power, seeing that he'd be antagonized by his own pple.

All these people asking what happened to Biafra forget that IPOB constitute less than 1% of Igbo population. If you become myopic and marginalise the other 99% because of the legitimate demand of 1% then you maybe in for a shocker.

If every Igbo man become sympathetic to IPOB call do you think Nigeria of today can stand it, Nigeria either move forward in justice and equity or remain redundant.

Lolzzz..all igbos can't be sympathetic to the call because majority of them leave outside the southeast.. we go pursue una komot Lagos, kaduna, kano, Jos if una one give us too much headache

These greedy, self-centred politicians should stop making it look like their personal, selfish ambitions are in tandem with the interests of Ndigbo as a whole!

For many years one Igbo or the other was Senate President....how did that change our fortunes for the better and bring Alaigbo up to pace in development with the likes of Dubai, Singapore and even little Rwanda!?

Lmao, who started mocking and calling yoruba people names because they chose to vote Buhari instead of Jonathan? I'm yet to see a tribe in Nigeria as hateful and divisive as igbos in this country.

Any one that tells you he’s Igbo and isn’t sympathetic to the Biafran cause.....check well....he either lied to you about his actual identity, or he needs to go ask his mum again if she’s sure of his paternity!

If igbos hate apc how then did oji kalu win, how come rochas got 2 terms as a governor. How come apc won abia north.

The same happened to obj who contested and won as a pdp candidate even when the whole of the south west voted otherwise

Igbos Seek National Equity As Group Insist Speaker Of The House Must Be From South East Region (photos)

A group called "SouthEast Concerned Youths" have intensified their advocacy on the Constitutional considerations of Federal Character in the 9th National Assembly, seeking that the SouthEast region must produce the next Speaker of Federal House of Representatives.

The group made this call during a press briefing in Abuja, which was accompanied by a peaceful protest at the headquarters of All Progressive Congress. In their plights the requested that the 2nd term leadership of All Progressive Congress must accommodate and give a sense of belonging to every region in the country so as to establish a balance in our national polity.

According to Mr. Ogubuike Comrade Chinedu, the national Coordinator who briefed the press and led the 31st May protest, he noted that there is need for the All Progressive Congress to revisit it's zoning arrangement on the leadership of the 9th Assembly.

In his well articulated analysis, he noted that with President Buhari from the North West, VP Osinbajo from the South West, Senate president most from the North East, Deputy Senate President from the Southsouth, it will be fair, equitable and just to allow the SouthEast region produce the Speaker of the house.

While commending the efforts of the APC led administration, Ogubuike noted that there has been a marginalization of the Igbos, especially in holding strategic public offices, but the error could be addressed if the Speaker comes from the southeast. He therefore called on contenders from other regions to step down in the interest of the country, because the Southeast region has the strongest, acceptable and most genuine case at this point in time.

However, conference and protest at APC Headquarters in wuse 2, Abuja was held and led by the key officers of South East Concerned Youths, which includes Barr. Ike Eze, National Secretary, Chukwu Kelechi Kingsley, State Coordinator (Imo), Ejelonu Chukwudi Obi, State Secretary (Imo), Uzoebu Chinedu , State Cordinator (Abia), Egeruo Charles, State Secretary (Abia), Chukwungere Ifeanyi, State Coordinator (Enugu), Ogbenna Kyrian Ikechukwu, State Secretary (Enugu), Dr. Ogemdi Aneke, State Coordinator (Ebonyi), Eze Francis, State Secretary (Ebonyi), George Uche, State Coordinator (Anambra), Ms Ada Okeke, State Secretary (Anambra).

The protest witnessed a massive turnout of young men, women and youths holding placards and banners with inscriptions like, "Let's have a Nigeria of Equity", "Southeast for Speaker", "I am for Nobody, I am for everybody", "let's not sacrifice equity for injustice" and other very catchy notifications.

All efforts to speak with chairman was proved abortive, but agents in the party have promised that their significant plights will be resolved and immediate attention will be attributed.

Nwajiuba is also going around wooing votes from different regions.

If you don't consider all fulani as herdsman then why are you considering all igbo as ipob. Has anyone issued more threats to Nigeria like boko haram, yet apc is considering someone from borno as senate president.

Has any group ever dealt with Nigeria like fulani, yet Nigeria elected fulani herdman their president

So same with igbos , an igbo despite ipob threat will be elected the president of Nigeria in 2023

Perhaps yes, if PDP will reward your 20 years of unflinching loyalty.

The rest of your rants are meaningless.

It’s always one Ibo group or the other issuing threats on behalf of their politicians.

Let Nwajiuba or whatever contest without all these unity and equity nonsense you clannish people are dishing out daily

If we yorubas Muslims like, we can lament from here to sokoto, as long as the East is in Nigeria they have the right to jostle for leadership and they we will win. We Yoruba Muslims don't have the number to stop them. Easterners will provide good leadership that's why Britons, Canadians, Russians, Polish, Italy are electing Igbo diasporans to lead them in those countries. #FACT

I prefer an Eastern speaker to Gbajabiamila the US convicted criminal. We will not allow a thief to lead us as Speaker.

What they(Nigerians) don't understand is that the Igbo political jobbers who are seeking for equity in Nigeria are one Nigeria sympathizers and constitute the bulk of anti Biafra voice in Igboland. The Biafrans could careless about political posts in Nigeria.
If they alienate and humiliate them( pro Nigeria Igbos) like they are doing here, they would have proved us the pro Biafrans right in our summation of Nigeria as an Igbo hating country. This would consequently decrease the number of Igbos apologetic to Nigerian unity, since their actions would make the pro Nigeria Igbos look stupid before their Biafran brothers. Which overall is good news for Biafrans.

Well, there is nothing bad in their agitation.

However they have to sponsor a candidate from the S/East and follow him/her round to canvass votes from the members of the House. Prostesting for a position in front of APC Secretariat alone will not achieve the desired results.
