Good Day house, please i need your counsel, i just applied for ECA evaluation and i'm asked to send a copy of my masters certificate but presently i don't have that because i recently completed my masters program in unilag, is there something i can substitute for this wes requirement, and if you finished from unilag please how did you go about requesting for your transcript with the wes request form? 1 Like |

Good evening all. I trust we are doing fine. My hubby and I got married traditionally 5years ago, and we are also planing to legalise the union at a registry next month. We are expecting our eca and about to sit for ielts. My questions go thus: As I still bear my maiden name as at the time of wes and ielts, will this not affect the whole process? At what point will my change of name doc be required? Thank you. |

Good evening house, Please I have a question regarding 2 or more certificates for CRS points. I wanted to write the CIMA BA1-4 exams to beef up my points, but I discovered that with my degree (Finance from a UK university), I have exemptions for all four papers. To get the CIMA certificate, I will only have to write one paper instead of four. I've heard that it's similar for ACCA certificates too. Has anyone had favourable ECA news for their CIMA/ACCA certificates after applying their exemptions, and writing only one paper? I started my ECA process for my BSc with WES a couple of months ago before hearing about the certificate route, and I am currently waiting for their report at the moment. Thank youuuu!!! |

Bonab: Why are you using WES to evaluate your Unilag M.Sc? I used ICES and the whole process was softcopy. No request for SSCE and completed the whole process in 9weeks. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Anuptaphobia is the fear of being/staying single. I've met many people who have this and also those who have tokophobia (fear of giving birth) And then there are people who have Gamophobia (Fear of marriage) LOL we all have some sort of phobia. I used to have IRCC-phobia (The fear of waiting too long for application approval). I've now been delivered from it. johnnybravo1990: 14 Likes |

Changing your name after marriage is a choice and not the law. You can bear your maiden name all your life and nobody would/should bat an eye. If you want to change your name for your own personal reason, you can. If you really don't want to, please just leave it as is. Mamabigboy: 3 Likes |

UPDATE: Guys, please I won't be able to accept any more people for the IELTS 'tutorial'. I'm so sorry, over twenty people have indicated interest, and I need to focus on them well, at least for now. Thanks for understanding!! Good evening house. Been away for a looooong time after getting AOR, December 11. Waiting for updates was tortuous, and following Nairaland appeared to be a bigger torment for my impatient mind. I decided to switch off everything concerning Canada and face my work. Anyway, I still havent received PPR, but somehow my mind is at ease now. Please contact me if you need any help with your IELTS, especially in writing and speaking. Let me be useful to the house! 40 Likes 7 Shares |

Pls you mean ICES is this good, please I need your help. You can't imagine what happened to me. I sent my application since December 2018, till now I have not got my verification from IQAS, I have been calling and sending mails to them and they keep telling me that they are still handling December Application that I should be patient. I got to know from one Canadian discussion forum that those whose submitted January have started receiving AOR and I called to ask them, guess what they told me? They said my transcript got to them but it was not in a sealed envelope so they rejected it. Can you imagine after waiting for six months and they told me this story without even informing me, gossh! If I send another transcript to IQAS now, that should be another six months which will be December. My CRS is over 470, its only this ECA that is holding me. I was trying to use CES (Toronto) but changed my mind after seeing your post because when I went through ICES site they were saying something else. Pls can you explain more because their site is saying WAEC is needed and payment is strictly by credit card and its about 14weeks or so. Pls help me I want to cancel my application in IQAS, as I need to entered the pool ASAP. Thank you so much in anticipation bro. Scandinavian02: |

My babe had same issue. When she went to collect the result in their office, she was given the normal result. She was also told her EOR was not ready yet. ednut1: 1 Like |
