Pre election matters are intra-party disputes. Anything that affects the opposing party are no longer pre election matters but election tribunal matters. Again, the FCT high court is meant for FCT affairs. There is a federal high court abuja that is in charge of federal affairs. An Anambra state high court cannot adjudicate in a civil or criminal matter that happened in Lagos.

Very painful and ignorant comment. A federal high court has jurisdiction to entertain any case within Nigerian territory except in special cases where the constitution or the judicial procedural rules say otherwise. It's only state high court that the jurisdiction is limited to within the state. Foooooo

The rule is explicit, a member of another party cannot sue another member of different party because of their internal issue. It's forbidden in law. It's only a member of APC that participated in the primary that can sue. It won't take appeal court a day to throw the case to dust bin of history.

Uncle, this is not a case of jurisdiction. The case is ongoing before election. Tribunal has no case in this. please, do read wide before commenting so that people won't be mislead.

This is a pre-election case my friend. Tribunal attends to only post election cases.
