I really don't get why some people are screaming fowl. He's the governor (refered to as the VIP) and as you can see behind there's a bit rowdiness there, once everywhere is calm and everyone is seated, the security too will sIt. This is just simple protocol.

Who has angels protected. What you can see physically protecting you is better than a fiction you have never even seen
